Vacation rentals with beach access in Kinmel Bay

Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at David’s place that was exactly as described and even better. Such a nice place to be back from long days of sightseeing. Lovely location close to the pier and restaurants. Definitely will be back when we come to Wales ! Thanks David !

Brilliant location for Aber falls, zip world or just general exploration of the Welsh coast! Very kind to provide teas/coffees and some lovely shortbread! Bedding for sofa bed provided and was very comfortable. The only thing that seemed to be overly complicated was the rubbish separation and instructions for putting bins out but overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks!

Excellent stay, ideal for our dog, (Alfi) as it was beach friendly for him. Sat on the bench across the road in the evening watching the sail on the water ❤️ Sat in the private garden at the front of house too. view from the bay window would benefit a trim of the hedge. Jon was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment is ideally located just a minute off the promenade. There are local shops just round the corner and we felt safe and comfortable. The flat is spacious and comfortable, well equipped and family & pet friendly. Our grandkids loved it so much, they asked if we could come back in the summer! Thanks Jon!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and cosy. We think that the location and proximity to snowdonia and other attractions was great! We did struggle a little bit to find the place when we arrived and it is maybe important to note that there are two roads with the same name in Llanfairfechen that are part of the map which Lauren sends. Overall a fantastic stay, thank you.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with my entire family at Jerome’s place. The Airbnb had everything we needed and more — it was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. Jerome was an incredibly helpful host; his instructions were clear and easy to follow, and his local recommendations really added to our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. We had a fantastic relaxing stay at Wendy’s place. Amazing views, beautiful and comfortable house extremely well equipped and designed. Lots to do exploring the area and beyond and always lovely to come back and enjoy the views particularly from the upstairs lounge. We’d love to come back again.

Fantastic house for a family holiday. Spacious, clean and the most amazing views. Host was friendly and quick to respond. We received a message to advise we were able to check in early which was a great start to our holiday. Do not hesitate to book this amazing property.

Had a great stay at Luke’s place. Photos and description is spot on. Didn’t need to contact Luke during the stay but he was very responsive during booking and check in. Garden was a little sun trap so lovely to sit in with a coffee or a beer

This property is extremely central and a stone’s throw away from the arcade and pier. Fantastic location and a lovely, large clean space. The kitchen area is great and the whole house was clean and well equipped. Jay was an excellent host - going above and beyond to make our stay great. There is no parking directly beside the house but we found parking on the streets nearby without any problems. Once there we didn’t need the cars as everything was so close.

Heather and Wayne were brilliant everything was exactly as explained, the coach house was immaculate. Lovely coach house, lovely location, lovely hosts. Would highly recommend. See you soon regards Scott & Luke

We had a great stay in West Kirby at Janet's place. So easy to visit friends and family at the Wirral, while also having quick access to Liverpool city center via Merseyrail. Would definitely stay again when we come back to the UK!

We loved our stay, was very relaxing and comfortable. Things we want are ground floor, parking and walk in shower - we had all these so very happy

Susan & Peter could not have been more welcoming. Always checking that we had everything we might require and that we were enjoying our stay. Generous amounts of breakfast food provided plus gratis treats and snacks were provided. The apartment had everything...absolutely everything one might need. From sky tv to kitchen utensils of all kinds. From hair dryer to dishwasher. Linen to library. "Perfik."

Great communication/instructions from Alyson for check-in and hosting our arrival. Perfect place to stay for myself and the two young grandkids, groundfloor, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, outside space, secure parking, great loaction, the apartment has everything you need, its been extremely well thought out, tastefully decorated, was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, could not fault it, would definitely stay there again if returning to the area, a lovely cosy home from home The grandkids commented on how comfortable the beds were, we all slept extremely well, they loved their stay and didn't want to leave. The complex was very quiet even though its adjacent to a busy road, couldn't hear any road noise inside, or from other residents, it was so quiet and relaxing, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a secure parking space. Some nice touches, milk and snacks on arrival, thank you Alyson Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Llandudno area.

Fantastic place to stay in lovely West Kirby. Feltlike a real home from home, with everything we could have wanted provided for us. Lynn was great, suggesting things to do etc. Highly recommended

Such a lovely apartment, perfect for what we needed. The host is a great balance of giving you privacy but quick to respond to messages if you have any questions. It's exactly as stated, easy to access, great rooms (I want to move in to the bathroom for the shower alone!), had everything we could have thought of, and is in a brilliant location. The local woodland area was 30 seconds down the road and perfect for taking the dog

Amazing stay in a lovely home. Easy to get to Liverpool on the Mersey Rail and affordable Uber options too. The flat its self is well kept and nicely decorated, it was very comfortable and exceeded everything we needed for our weekend stay. 10/10 would recommend

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful period property and cannot fault it. The directions and instructions for access were clear and comprehensive. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. We loved sitting in the beautiful cottage garden and the sun streaming into the kitchen as we ate our evening meal. The location was perfect for walking into town, to the harbour and Borth y Gest. We have stayed in many airbnbs in the UK and France and this is our favourite. We cannot wait to return.
