Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, all you need for a great getaway. There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Tucked away in a very private tranquil setting only 9km from Taupo is our 1 bedroom guesthouse with separate kitchen area, lounge and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage is an expansive deck where you can take in the stunning country garden or just sit back and listen to the silence. Plenty of parking. WIFI available - not fibre, but get 15-20mbps. Sometimes WIFI is erractic for reasons unknown. Sorry no pets.

Quiet rural sleep out Look out at paddocks rather than into your neighbours window! Located 15mins from Taupo town centre, only a couple of kms off the main State highway 1, is our quiet rural sleep out. This sleep out is attached to a large shed (that we use and is not included in the Airbnb rental) and is at the bottom of our long driveway, so nice and private.
