Vacation rentals with a patio in Kingwood, Houston

Loved staying here and would be happy to be back. It’s very spacious, new, and feels like home, if a little sparse. But one trip to HEB made it feel fully stocked and ready for a week-long stay (or much more…). Sreenivas and team are a very responsive and helpful team—I was in good hands the whole stay. Getting in and out was undramatic, the neighborhood is full of hidden gems, and the weather is… well… Houston-y. You can’t have it all.

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay! We love traveling downtown, and this place was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to returning hopefully on a Tuesday and would appreciate it if a discount could be considered. Thank you!

Great place to Stay, Beautiful Area, Safe private, and the apartment was really nice. Everything felt so dreamy here. This was my first time visiting the Houston Area and I am so glad I chose this stay. The surrounding area is super green and beautiful - there are close areas to eat and walk around, Lake Houston was maybe a 10-15 minute drive. The Host was super respectful and responded quickly anytime I sent a message. I carry everywhere I go but I felt pretty safe in this area the whole time even when it was late out. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Let me tell yall, them photos do not do it justice… when I say it’s GORGEOUS. She was very nice and sweet, the place was clean 10/10. The only thing was we had trouble with the lock BUT, let me restate but she communicated with us through the entire time and even mentioned she was ordering a new lock to replace the current one. But all in we had a wonderful time and would most definitely come again.

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

This place was great and met all of our needs! We were happy to be within walking distance to Daikin Park (a little less than a mile) and some nice local spots for food. (Yelp was very helpful) The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy, the little balcony was a nice place for morning coffee, and the AC was highly effective. Other reviewers noted the lengthy instructions, so we took time to read them way in advance to prepare. It’s a lot, but it works. WiFi was strong and easy to connect to. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The only downside had nothing at all to do with the unit: there seems to be a lot of outside noise in the evening, especially when motor bike groups ride through to take advantage of the wide straight streets in the area. Once it all dies down all is quiet. Even with the outside noise, I would stay here again. The location and the unit are great!

Oscar’s place was an excellent home during our stay in Houston. It was impeccable clean with all the amenities we use at home, including Alexa. The walk-in shower was a bonus traveling with two senior citizens, as well as the uncluttered space. The backyard was ample and the covered porch became our breakfast hub. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a suburb feel, you found it! CVS, HEB, gas-stations and yoga nearby made our stay convenient. We enjoyed movie night on the oversized couch and the popcorn in the welcome basket. We were there for a family reunion and being able to go “home” to a quiet spot and relax after being with family all day was perfect. Highly recommend the responsive host and very cozy home!

Andrew’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what hubby and I needed for little quick getaway! It’s about 10 minutes from downtown so easy commute to anything “Houston”. We were in town to see Nate Jackson so we only had about a 9 min commute to our venue which was great! We ate at our favorite breakfast spot “Toasted Yolk” which was also only about a 8 min commute. Andrew was also always very responsive for any questions/concerns we had! Andrew’s place is exactly as it’s described, the backyard space is impeccably decorated and provides many different seating and lounging options. You have the option to use the bikes in storage (we didn’t, simply because we were just loving the backyard - we’re outdoors people) but definitely take a ride if you’re free and explore! The neighborhood is up and coming and very quiet, we definitely felt safe. The security/privacy fence also adds to that level of comfort as well. All in all if you’re ever in the Houston Area book Andrew’s place!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

Spacious and clean residence with modern amenities. Fernando and Armando responded to any questions promptly and they’re very professional. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers and Bush International Airport. Would definitely book with Fernando and Armando the next time in Houston.

Always a pleasure coming back to Jair’s house. Jair & Perla are awesome hosts and always so accommodating even days or weeks in advance. Great place to stay, very well kept and provides you from everything you would need from entertainment (tv, grill, cards backyard, chairs in the front) to sanitation (dish soap, trash cans, bags, mop). If you need it she has it. Location was very calm and quiet. Yadira was very responsive and provided me with tools and information before i even had to ask. Lovely place, definitely recommended, and definitely staying again.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Amazing place next to everything!

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

This was my second time staying in one of Zenobia's Airbnb units and it won't be the last. Her apartments are very clean, in a great location, and have an elevator, which is a huge perk as I usually have heavy photography equipment with me for work. Great experience all around.

The place was beautiful. Everyone within the neighborhood was nice and welcoming! Very friendly interactions with everyone and a very peaceful place! Loved every second of it, especially the pools. Great view, great communication and clean space!

We love the place. It’s nice and very clean. The great thing is very very close to Vietnamese food restaurants and market. Definitely book again if come in Houston im the future I would recommend it.
