The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. The House itself is 1500 sq2 and contains three separate premises, a granny flat, 3 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) & 3 bedrooms house (Bamboo House)
