Beachfront vacation rentals in Kings Point

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

We loved Laura and Dana’s Big Easy home by the beach. It was big and comfortable and every detail had been thought about to maximize our enjoyment. Drawers and closets and cabinets were all labeled so we didn’t have to search for anything or guess where anything was. Literally every need had been anticipated! Amazing. The beds and bedding and linens and towels were abundant and soft and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome, from an air fryer, to a full set of bar tools and blender, to great appliances. The decor was happy and cheerful and creative and fun. There were so many places to sit and enjoy, both inside and out. Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful place for a visit of any length. You will love it!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this house. The house was immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Matthew and Celia are great hosts. We really appreciated the basket of snacks and dog cookies that were left for us and our fur babies (Thank you!). They truly thought of everything and it felt like “home” the entire time we were there. The views from the back deck are truly spectacular. We spent many hours sitting in the sunroom and out on the deck enjoying the sights. My pups enjoyed daily walks at the sea wall park that was steps from the house. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with me and my family.

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Arthur was quick and easy to communicate from the beginning of starting our vacation search. He gave simple helpful check in and check out instructions. Nice location, walkable to 1 of 3 beaches wecfound in the area. Arthur helped do research on a great Thai restaurant, suggested sites to see, etc and was always pleasant just to chat with.

Beautiful and spacious home. If you want to relax , this is the house to do it. Beautiful views. The house has was much larger than I expected which explained why the cleaning fee was higher than usual. Host was very nice and accommodating. The house was well supplied with amenities.

Geoffrey and Thomas were very gracious hosts, filled with benevolence, they greeted us with such warmth, gave us a tour of their beautiful home, along with the complimentary beverages, providing us with resources as well as information about the island since we’re newcomers, the house was lovely, clean and serene, hot tub was amazing, we enjoyed hearing their stories about fire island as well as giving us recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing, it’s good to know fellow New Yorkers will have your back, very happy we picked their place to stay, absolutely would come back.

Allana was very easy to work with. Always answered back quickly no matter the time. Open concept and everyone was able to be together. It was a rainy stay so had to be inside. No one minded. Nicely set up for games or conversations. Thank you so much!!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

We live in the neighborhood of Liz’s house and held a 3 day reunion of 17 old friends staying both in her place and ours. Yes, it’s even better than the pictures! Lots of large, spacious rooms for gathering, wonderful outdoor pool with tons of seating, exceptional kitchen where of course everyone tended to congregate. Am already thinking about a future large family gathering. Liz was a gracious, helpful and generous host. We can testify from long experience living a few houses away that the neighborhood, beaches and sound make a wonderful setting for a gathering. Very appreciative that Liz and family share their house with others this way.

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

John was a great host. His place was very clean and had great amenities. John is very responsive, helpful, and kind. He was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in New Rochelle or somewhere nearby - we were in town due to a wedding so it was a great location. We made trips to manhattan as well - getting to the train station was quick and easy via uber and there are walkable spots like an Irish pub or deli nearby.

From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a breath of fresh air. Nestled right on the water, the setting was absolutely stunning—calm, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Every detail inside and out was thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a view, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or relaxing outside by the water, everything was effortless. The home was spotless, cozy, and clearly cared for with love. It provided the perfect environment to de-stress and truly relax. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway where you can disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of nature with all the comforts of home, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Stefania is a host as none other, very reliable and responds within minutes, by the set up of her place and organization you will know she is highly experienced in hospitality, in other words she is an amazing host.

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

Had an excellent stay at Eileen’s place. The house was extremely clean and perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view and surroundings. Only wish I had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

We loved our stay at Anthony's place in Long Beach. The house had everything we needed: comfy bed, clean sheets, smart tvs, wifi, stocked kitchen, plus a really cool vibe. It's so close to restaurants and the boardwalk, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Anthony was also very friendly, provided plenty of recommendations for things to do nearby, and communication with him was easy overall. We wish we could've stayed longer, and highly recommend Anthony's place.

An extremely relaxing and comfortable space, this was a perfect place to be during our visit to Connecticut. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We loved it, and would not hesitate to book again if we are back in the area!

Beautiful place. Pristine. Comfortable Short walk to the beach. Unfortunately because of rain we didn’t get to enjoy the lovely back yard. Owners were very good at getting back to us with any questions we had And being able to have a later check out really helped! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to find a reason to ho back again!!

We loved the Sea Level! Erica provided clear instructions and even assisted us with finding parking. Very tasteful space, perfect stay for a couple. Would happily stay again!
