Monthly Rentals in King City

This was a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bowling, movie theater, nail salons, etc. It had all I needed to make tacos and pop popcorn. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I will stay here again. Keith was a fabulous host!!

This apartment was in a nice quiet area. It was clean, plenty of room for one person that also had to work remotely and was stocked with all the supplies you could need. The photos of the apartment matched what I found when I arrived. I appreciate the 3 ring binder with details, directions and local area recommendations which was very helpful. I was there to help care for my mother for 24 days and while it was leas than 5 minutes to my moms, it was a respite to come back to at the end of the day for down time. I travel to that area at least once a year and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely place that we’ve already booked for another trip. Kelcie has outfitted it with e everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. Access is very easy without nothing the host. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is close to stores and restaurants. Kelcie was very accommodating when we locked ourselves out. We had an overall great experience staying there.
