Waterfront vacation rentals in Kincumber

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

What an outstanding BNB! The location was absolutely perfect with the beach right across (great for fishing). The shops were in walking distance which was perfect. The BNB was great and cosy! 2 large bedrooms and a great sunroom area with lounge and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again! Mark was incredibly friendly, gave clear instructions and was very responsive (within minutes)! Had a great weekend away! Highly recommend!

Good communication overall, very nice apartment, a little more obvious display that scaffolding would be covering our ENTIRE view, would’ve been appreciated, but no regrets with the booking

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay at Rina's place! The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect for exploring The Entrance, and Rina was a wonderful host, so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Even though we didn’t catch any prawns this time, the experience was unforgettable, and the kids absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend Rina’s place enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! house was beautiful and we felt right at home! only downside is lack of functionality for babies and children. definitely bring a towel for them and a highchair. however, still comfortable for a whole family! I loved that it was minimalistic and not a lot for my little one to get into.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

This was a really great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and centrally located….highly recommend!

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Next- the location could not be any better- the absolute best spot on the beaches… everything you need in short flat walk. View is excellent! The balcony is perfect to relax and read a book and still feel connected to the Freshwater community.

Great place in an awesome location. Extremely easy instructions for getting in, clear and helpful instructions in the apartment. Views are amazing and the apartment is extremely well equipped. Perfect for our family stay over the long weekend.
