Achinos II studio

Achinos II studio has been recently renovated following the Amorgos traditional architecture. It is set in a large privately-owned land in the quite Xiloketatidi area offering panoramic views of the magnificent Katapola bay and the ancient Minoa mountain. Katapola village with shops and tavernas is within walking distance and nice places to swim can be found nearby. Chora, one of the best preserved settlements in the Cycladic islands and all the main villages and beaches of the island can be easily reached by car or through regular bus connections. Achinos II studio is simply but elegantly furnished combining modern design elements with minimal Greek style. It is a spacious one bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to three people integrating an open plan fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate bathroom. It opens up on a large terrace with stunning sea views and charming sunset views as well. Right next to Achinos II is located Achinos I studio. Although they are completely separate they can also be ideal for hosting families or friends who would like to share the whole property.

Un’ottima esperienza. Appartamento ordinato, pulito e arredato con gusto, il quale risponde alla descrizione e alle fotografie pubblicate. Si trova in paese, di fronte alla banchina, a poche decine di metri da bar, ristoranti, supermercati, negozi di abbigliamento, noleggio auto/scooter e tutti gli altri servizi. Ciononostante la casa è comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. Un ringraziamento a Chris e alla sua famiglia, che si sono rivelati molto cortesi e disponibili già da prima del nostro arrivo, hanno risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta e ci hanno fornito molti consigli utili sull’isola, che, per inciso, è davvero molto bella.

Had an amazing time at Christos home. Christos was a wonderful host always quick to response with any questions that we had, the home was as the pictures even better when living in it. Everything was so clean and was so nicely decorated and new. Maria was so beautiful we loved her she was so loving towards us. Thank you would definitely come again. Highly recommend 🙂

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll, weil einfach alles an dieser Reise und dieser Unterkunft perfekt war. Amorgos im November ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp – ein Ort, an dem man zur Ruhe kommt, den Alltag vergisst und das authentische Griechenland in seiner schönsten Form erlebt. Diese Insel hat alles: herzliche Menschen mit einer unfassbaren Gastfreundschaft, unglaublich gutes Essen, traumhafte Wanderwege, einsame Strände und Buchten, und das Wetter war perfekt, um dem beginnenden Winter in Europa zu entfliehen. Die Unterkunft selbst, mitten im malerischen Bergdorf Lakada, war einfach ein Traum. Dieses Dorf hat etwas Magisches, mit seiner romantischen Lage abseits der touristischen Spots und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Küste von Aegeali. Die Wohnung war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet – geschmackvoll, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders die Küche war top, perfekt für alle, die sich gerne selbst versorgen möchten.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Maria. Um ganz sicher zu gehen, dass wir den Weg dorthin finden, hat uns Maria vom Hafen abgeholt. Sie war jederzeit bei Fragen für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit kleinen Leckereien verwöhnt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war hervorragend, um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden.

Le studio était parfait, la vue magnifique. Situé en hauteur d'Aegiali nous avions en plus d'un point de vue imprennable, un petit vent frais qui permettait de passer la nuit sans clim. Akathi est venue nous chercher au Port le premier jour pour éviter que l'on monte les marches avec nos sacs de voyage. Nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande fortement ce petit coin de paradis

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! You truly get a sense of the rich Greek culture here, and it’s a perfect place to relax and take it all in. The house itself is gorgeous—spacious, clean, and incredibly welcoming. It felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what really made our experience special was our host. She is an amazing person—so kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much for everything! We can't wait to come back!!
