This tranquil getaway is in a residential area that is complimented by many amenities such as two large pools, hot tub and tennis courts. It's located in the heart of the Simpson Bay area with the Lagoon on one side and the strip on the other with many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacy and marina all within a few minutes walking distance.

The complex features a large swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and lounge areas. In the background, boats can be seen in the calm water beneath a vibrant sunset sky. The building showcases modern architecture with multiple balconies overlooking the pool.
