Modern / Cozy Studio in the center of Simpson Bay

This cute studio was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I haven’t been to St. Maarten in years. I decided to go on a last minute trip to join some friends and needed an AirBNB for a couple of days. This studio is located on the main strip of Welfare Rd. There are plenty of restaurants to walk and enjoy. Maria recommended Pardon my French, which I didn’t have an opportunity to try. However, the Thai restaurant was delicious. There’s also a market place across the street that has fresh pressed juices and groceries. The check in process was super easy and the location of the condo was easy to find. It took me about 10 minutes from the airport. I love having the kitchen option with a 2 burner cooktop and refrigerator. Plus, the beach access is near the hotels on one of the side streets, but it’s worth the 10 minute walk. Maria was a great host and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Delightful condo in a small gated community with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access to all that Simpson Bay has to offer. The small pool a few feet from the unit is perfect after returning from the beach. Bill is an excellent host & Theresa a very efficient manager made everything easy. Blue Pelican exceeded our expectations!

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

Nouveau un Paradis sur la plage — 5 stars! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The beachfront deck absolutely steals the show — it made it nearly impossible to start our day because we were too busy soaking in the view and the peace of the moment. Marie, our host, was fantastic. Thoughtful, responsive, and had everything laid out in a guest book, from must-see spots to local tips. The condo was tastefully decorated and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. it was equipped with all the essentials — and even extras for the beach, which was a really nice touch. You’ll definitely want a car if you're planning to explore, but there’s great food and a convenient little grocery store just a short walk away. Truly a slice of paradise. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Wonderful rental the reviews are correct so nice to come home after being at the beach and have your own pool and space to hang out. I think they thought of just about everything thank you Franklin. He was such a Gem Every little thing he would pop right over and take care of even when there were things that we thought were broken or not working but evidently were 🤷‍♀️ lol. Would definitely stay again.

WOW! This Airbnb was stunning. I couldn’t get over the view. The place was exactly like the pictures. They provided decorations and it was perfect. Amazing hosts! Such a blessing to be able to experience it.
