I chose Kihei Resort due to its beautiful landscaping as well as its location directly across the street from Kalepolepo and Waipuilani beach. The unit was completely remodeled in December, 2019. Vaulted ceilings throughout, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, and a 55″ TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay. The unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. It is steps to the beach & the complex has a pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

Our Maui vacation home is a beach front condo on the FOURTH floor in Kauhale Makai on the beach side of South Kihei Rd, steps to the beach. Beautiful ocean views from both bedroom and living room and features hotel-style amenities; an adult pool, kiddie pool, large hot tub, putting green, shuffleboard and free parking. Yup, the blue dot is where we're at! In downtown Kihei AND across the street from the sand, the world famous Kihei beaches are literally at your backyard! Everything is literally within walking distance! 1 min walking distance to beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, post office and also night market (last Friday night every month). Entire place with free parking! 30 min to Lahaina, 15 min to Wailea, and 15 min to Kahului where the airport, Costco, Target and Walmart are at.
