The new building consists of five independent apartments, ranging from 13 m² for two people to 30 m² for five people. Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. Guests have access to a private monitored parking lot, a covered shelter, a barbecue grill, a fire pit with a grate, a fire pit in a private birch forest behind the barn, and deck chairs. Maximum occupancy is 28 people.
