Vacation rentals with beach access in Kiawah Island

We loved everything about this place! The view was spectacular and the location is great for beach and restaurant access. Definitely would stay again!

Loved the house and location. We were just far enough from downtown that we couldn’t hear the live music but close enough that it was easily walkable. We also liked being next to the pickleball court. Overall great place and easy access to Charleston for a couple day trips. Would definitely recommend!

My sister, our friend and I stayed at Jills air bnb for four days! Our stay was everything we wanted and more! First, Jills responsiveness and flexibility was 10/10! We had an early flight into Charleston and a late flight out. Jill was flexible and responsive when we inquired about an early/late check in/out. Second, the air bnb was adorable! We had our own private entrance and the bathroom was a perfect space to get ready in with your friends! There was plenty of space in the air bnb but we did not feel overwhelmed! Third, Jill herself was a kind and personable host! We also had the pleasure of meeting her son, who was just as kind! Jill and her family were very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for local activities. We would stay with Jill again in a heartbeat!

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

This property is worth every dollar spent. Our family vacation here will always stay secure in our memories as one of our best experiences. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere enhanced our time together and we all felt thankful to share the moments here. We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

We have visited Seabrook for going on 10 years on and off and this was our favorite rental to date! The location is perfect - off a quiet street where we were able to play with our kids in front of the house. The house has been renovated with really nice upgrades and features- they didn't leave a detail out. We traveled here as a family of 4 (two small children) and had more than enough space. Our boys loved sleeping in the room with the bunk beds, even though one is still in a pack-and-play. They have a bath (again, great for kids) - with the main bathroom/shower really lovely for adults. They have the option to rent a golf cart, which made getting to the beach/pool, etc. super easy. We would also walk to the beach in the morning just to add in a little movement/exercise- nice walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked with nice items + shatter proof things for kids. We have already said we will return next year, if not again this year as well! Thanks Kim!

This is one of the nicest and best managed Airbnbs I've stayed in. The home was extremely clean and clutter free. Shaoling was very friendly, flexible, and thorough in all communications. The community was upscale and I felt very safe. All three bedrooms had an attached bath. The home is less than 20 minutes from several beaches. No complaints, I'd love to return !

Amazing is the best word to describe John’s condo. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation. There were tons of pots and pans in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies on the deck. Th location and access to the beach cannot be beat! Communication with John was excellent. I am already planning a return trip to the condo.

Wow! The condo is spotless! Although the condo is small, there was a lot of thought put into the design—lots of drawers, closet space and hooks to hang items on! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the space! We will definitely return!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Mike’s Airbnb. It was incredibly clean and well decorated. We enjoyed staying in as much as we enjoyed going out! The view is amazing and everything we wanted to see or do was a short drive away. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit Hilton Head Island.

We loved staying at Hiroko’s BnB! She was super responsive the entire time we were there. Great room and location. Comprehensive manual before we arrived so we knew exactly what to expect. Everything was fantastic.

The condo was so nice, close to the ocean, beautiful pool for the resort, close to restaurants and everything we needed. Mike is an excellent host, communicates well, sends information, and keeps us informed. Highly recommend his condo, it is sooo clean, newly remodeled, well furnished, new appliances, and has everything neatly in its place. This was our second year in his condo and we plan to book it each year that we are able to go to HH.

Jennifer and Chase were quick to respond to any hiccups that we encountered. The location of the condo was perfect for what we were there for. It was easy to access the beach and a very close walk to the pool. The condo was well stocked with basic essentials, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. Parking was plentiful and the overall area felt safe. We loved walking to the ice cream shop and having dole whip. The Acme restaurant was also an easy walk from the condo and I would recommend trying it. There’s a grocery store within a 4 minute drive and the location is close enough to do a nice day trip in Charleston. The coffee shop down the street from the condo wasn’t my cup of tea, but they were friendly and if you just need a quick pick me up it’ll do the trick. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back the Sea Cabins.
