it was gre5 staying in this property view staff being very polite and helpful in all aspects. rooms are clean and surrounding of hotel in well maintained. U will not have your own kitchen in the room but u can use their restaurant kitchen anytime for any purpose.

The place was easy to reach and had ample parking. Is located in the heart of Koregaon and everything is at a walkable distance. Loved the stay.

I had a lovely time here. Mansi was extremely kind and very accommodating. Malti aunty was so sweet and treated me like her own family. It was such a pleasure to spend time with her and talk to her. Malti aunty also made delicious home cooked food for me. The place is in a convenient location and is quiet and peaceful and the room is cozy, comfortable and has all the amenities you'll need.

Great amenities. Fantastic location! Nearby to most attractions in Pune! Definitely worth the stay!

The place is truly awesome — it exudes positive vibes and offers a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Both Madhumita Aunty and Shyamal Uncle are exceptionally warm, polite and helpful. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like you're staying with extended family, not strangers. The home-cooked meals is another highlight. Delicious, wholesome, and prepared with love. The house was immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pune. I’m already looking forward to booking it again on my next trip.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend KOAN was the perfect choice for my trip to PUNE, The room was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Its an experience rather than just a bnb. It feels right at home in the center of nature without any network connections or noise. Its a detox from the busy days at cities. Its a beautiful retreat in Kamshet with a lake and a forest like living but yes with a modern touch with all the amenities that you will get in w hotel. Food prepared by Julian who is the chef here is amazing, homely and also innovative at times. Have visited this place 2 times and in different weathers- semi monsoon and peak monsoon. Both were good .It is also pet friendly and family friendly while also being a bachelor party kind of a place. In the amount you pay you can also get to kayak in the private lake which is an experience on another level. Apart from this there are a lot of paintings in the house which you can gaze at and also a cozy living area with books, cards, musical instruments, etc. great place to party or chill in the savana. Must visit if you are in or around Pune, Lonavala and Mumbai
