Staying in this Mongolian ger was a great getaway from the busy noisy city and tourists! It has modern necessities like wi-fi, tv, outlets, and hot water. Its very clean and so relaxing. The surrounding area isn't the natural open landscape I expected, but the rural "neighborhood" is so quiet and peaceful that when I closed my eyes, I felt like I was alone in the middle of the mountains. I loved that! Tuul, the host, lived right next door and she and her family were so much more hospitable than I could have ever imagined! I don't know if they will do this for all their guests. But they cooked me a meal when I first arrived, then at dinner time, we all ate and sat around talking for hours. Then in the morning she cooked breakfast. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and comfort, this is the place to be! Tuul's daughter told me how to get a bus card from one of the Nice to CU convience stores. Then I took an easy bus ride (3Y:1) from Sukhbaatar Square to get close to the ger location a
