We had such a fantastic stay. Sheryl was very quick and helpful with her responses. The apartment had everything we needed. The AC was great (so important in southern Florida!), the master bedroom had a huge walk in closet and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I just returned from 4 nights at Lucia's condo with my husband and four teenagers. The layout was perfect and we had plenty of space. The community is very quiet and we enjoyed both pools, the tennis courts and beach. We would highly recommend the Golden Hog, Vinya Wine and Market (dine in and wine take out), Tutto Pizza and Pasta (happy hour is great value), and Rusty Pelican (views alone worth the trip). Special shout out to Christian at the pool who gave us great service during the week. Lucia was very responsive. We would return for sure.

The place was great. Right by the pool and tons of restaurants near by. The Freebee ride service was great to get around. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Alvaro was so accommodating. We would definitely come back!

Eva is a wonderful and kind host! The place was exactly how it looked in the photos and she even provided all what you would need in a vacation away from home. Eva was also very proactive and provided all of the information you would ever need during the stay. And any questions we had, she would respond very quickly. She even curated a list of her wonderful recommendations! Overall, everything had exceeded our expectations, and this truly was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. It was located at such a convenient location, surrounded by many restaurants and just a mere walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend others to stay at this place, it is worth every penny!

Perfect location for a family holiday within a short walk to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Frank was an excellent host: responsive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

An amazing stay. Really a hidden gem so close to Miami but a different world

We loved staying at Mario’s condo in Key Biscayne. Beautiful beach only a five minute walk and State Park less than two miles away. Great restaurants on Key Biscayne and fun, relaxed vibe! Close to Brickell too! Definitely will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment before our cruise. The unit is beautifully furnished and situated, we could even see our ship arriving from the balcony! The views, both day and night, are absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and safe. Also a good feature is the free metro which is available conveniently right in front of the building, which saves time compared to taking an Uber, especially when the nearby bridge is open. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This place is great ! It is inside the Four seasons hotel . The service in the hotel is great and views inside the apartment are fantastic ! Highly recommend!

Gloria’s condo was spectacular! We were greeted by Gloria and she was so excited to have us! The condo is even nicer in person! The condo itself was clean, very comfortable beds, spacious and filled with many useful things. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds and couches are very clean and comfortable. We traveled with three babies. There were toys, pack and plays, children’s dishes/ drink ware all the rooms have new blackout curtains. Gloria quickly responded. She was very helpful with providing a cooler and other request. The grounds are beautiful! We spent majority of our time at the beach and pool closest to the beach. There are free, first come first serve chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We never had a problem getting chairs. The food at the pool was AMAZING! Wonderful service!! The staff was so attentive and friendly. 100 percent will be coming back!

We had a great stay! The unit was exactly as described and conveniently on the second floor. Quentin was always quick to respond to our questions. The Ritz was very nice as expected. All the staff is wonderful and treats you like royalty. Lots of young families also staying at the time we went - maybe because it was around spring break. All in all it was a a great visit!

With little knowledge of the Miami area, we took a chance on this home in Key Biscayne. The neighborhood is charming, and perfect for our family beach vacation. The kids always looked forward to ending our beach days at the pool. Even when the weather was too windy for beaching, it gave us a reason to drive out to explore attractions that were of interest to us. Thank you Lourdes for being so welcoming and helpful.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Steve was a great host and responded very quickly to messages. The rental was clean and exactly as described and had plenty of amenities as well. The area was great and views were amazing too. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

Great spot! Lots of room in the condo with a great view and private jacuzzi that was well maintained and cleaned. You fill it up with water yourself so you know it’s clean. (Takes 10-15 min to fill not bad). Great location and definitely in walking distance to everything. Prepare for very expensive parking! Two days was 160 bucks. Not the hosts fault or problem just be prepared. Well worth it all.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Thank you as everything was as stated or better. You really pay attention to details. We will stay again in the future.
