Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

communication with Sharon and Tanner was excellent and they were helpful with transport queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of towels and was able to make a meal in kitchen. Near to CN Tower and harbour. Thank-you for a lovely stay and everyone enjoyed the coffee pods.

Amber’s home was absolutely perfect for our short trip to Barrie! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it feel so warm and inviting. Amber was an incredible host, going above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which we truly appreciated. We’re happy to give her five stars and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend! P.S. If you’re staying in the winter, don’t forget to bring slippers—the tiles can feel a little chilly, but the warm fireplace makes the space incredibly cozy!

Loved this place. There was a great view from the balcony and the place was located very close to many restaurants and other activities. Matthew was very helpful and he responded quickly if we needed help with anything. Overall this place was great and we had such a good time here!

The basement-apartment was very spacious with 2 decent sized bedroom and a full kitchen. The quiet location was excellent, the house was extremely clean, and Arun was a very responsive host! It was a great experience for me and my family.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. We have been to a lot of different airbnbs around the world and this was definitely one of our favorites. Alison was very easy to deal with and communicate with. This house is in a great location and just about a hundred meters to Lake simcoe. The house is small but very functional for our family of two adults and two children. The neighbors across the street were very friendly and they even lent my children golf clubs and fishing rods to go fishing. You can tell this is not a property just for Airbnb, as it felt like a home that someone lives in. It was cosy and verything was spotless . We were hoping to stay another month but it was already booked. We will be back again.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

My kids & I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything, but quiet enough to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive
