Large living room kitchen (50m2), beautiful fireplace, very bright (south facing). WC. Three double French doors with access to a large grating terrace and a superb garden of 2200m2 planted with hydrangeas, agapanthes... populated by squirrels, rabbits, birds and sometimes deer... Upstairs: 3 bright bedrooms on the garden, 1 bathroom with toilet for 6 people. The house,renovated,is comfortable and functional in any season. Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

The cottage "Ty Patou" is a new 85 m2 wooden house in a 1000 m2 setting located in a residential area 5 minutes walk from the town center of Plouha and 3 km from Palus beach and GR34. You will enjoy a large bright living room opening onto a large terrace (south) by 2 large glass windows for an "inside/outside" effect, 2 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms and private parking. The classified cottage has all the amenities needed.
