There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

The house is located with 400 meters to the north beach, where there are also ice cream parlors, etc. Kerteminde city is idyllic and cozy with half-timbered houses and nice shops as well as restaurants. In the city is also Johannes Larsen museum. Odense is about a 20 minute drive from Kerteminde

Bjørnegården is an old beautiful farm, carefully renovated with respect for the history of the house. It is perfect for a cozy family reunion, a small wedding, a small company event or something completely different. It contains 7-8 rooms, a large country kitchen, a dining room with the possibility of small tables and a long table with up to 20 diners, 3 toilets with bath, a fireplace and a TV room. There are 3 bikes and two kayaks on site and outdoors there are good barbecue areas (two large gas grills) and many terraces.

Nybro farm shop is also worth a visit.
