the place is clean and comfortable. cooking equipment is all enough. in terms of bbq equipment and kitchen equipment is enough. but it's even better if extra toto or pillows because the host says it fits 15 people but can fit 6 people to sleep on the bed because there are two queen beds 1 double decker. overall all are satisfied.

Really enjoyed staying here. House owner is very friendly and easy to contact and communicate. Great and comfortable bedroom. House location is easy to access to town and other places.

Everything was perfect the house can accommodate 12 people and still comfortable. really fun for gathering. the owner was really helpful and friendly with us showing around their beautiful house. hope one day will come again and stay in the future.

Right in the city, near to all things including few minutes drive to Beach, and good food nearby. Having pool and BBQ equipment is a plus. Recommended for family staycation.

We had a fantastic stay at Ann's cozy and comfortable Airbnb in Cukai town, Kemaman. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to town, shops, and a great variety of local food spots. It was also conveniently located near attractions like Pantai Mak Nik, where we got to experience turtle watching — a real highlight of our trip! Ann was also very responsive and gave us many good recommendations for great food and local attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful stay with great access to local experiences. We’d definitely come back again!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The house was spotless, fully air-conditioned, and located in a very convenient area with plenty of nearby restaurants. It was especially convenient for my work at KSB, as it took only 7 minutes to reach, which was a huge plus. The overall experience was exceptional, and I felt truly at home. Definitely a 5-star stay, and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

It's a great place to stay. Only limited parking space for bigger transport. But understandable for the low cost house. What most important things is the inside, i love it❤️. Sceptical at first but then wow, full facilities ye. Really recommended. Feel so comfy to stay longer. i wish i can stay longer. Host is responsive. easy to communicate.

The homestay is very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is very friendly and attentive as she provided lots of amenities such as extra toto, pillows and drinking water. A newly built house and it is very convenient to town. We added extra one more day where my parents felt comfortable with pleasant atmosphere.
