We had a great time!! It was walkable to Pint and Plow (which was great) and close to HEB and coffee shops! The host was very responsive! Thank you!

Although we had issues with the cleanliness of the home, Lindsay was responsive and made the issue right. She was very kind and an easy host. The water across the street was just as described in the pics. It was a lovely river to relax on and very private.

Gorgeous private home and beautiful backyard, fire pit and ping pong table were both amazing after dark. Neighborhood has an abundance of deer and birds! Kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for our staycation with our two dogs. Would visit again!

Thank you, Laura! Casa Carmen saved the day for us! We were in Kerrville for a family member’s Celebration of Life and then a sorting of her estate. Our first night in town at a hotel was extremely disappointing, so I was looking for an alternative and amazingly Casa Carmen was available for the next five nights! It was fabulous! We loved everything about it. The architecture, the history, the interior design, the shower, the location (close to everything), the amenities…… It was such a treat to be able to come “home” to Casa Carmen each evening after very long and stressful days. We hope to be able to stay again before too long. Thanks so much, Laura! (The only thing we would point out is that the floor transitions between some rooms took some getting used to!)

We came for the 75th annual Kerrville Folk Festival and the accommodations were only 10 minutes from the festival site. We really appreciated the comfort at the end of the night after being at the festival all day on Saturday and again on Sunday

Great place and very comfortable. Loved all the animals who made me feel welcomed there. Will definitely be coming back!

Our family of four spent four nights here. It’s such a unique spot, with the house being just above a shallow part of the river running over rocks. The sound is incredibly peaceful. The property has a long riverfront that you can enjoy, ranging from the rocky shallow areas to a deeper section where you can start canoeing. We used one of the canoes, plus there was one single kayak and one SUP. A 15-20 minute paddle puts you at Angel Falls which is a beautiful area to splash in the water or just relax. We caught some little bass along the way. The area has fun activities as well, including The Point Theater and Crider’s Rodeo & Dancehall. The house itself could have been cleaner but the location felt so amazing that we didn’t really care. So thankful for the opportunity to stay at this magical property! Truly unique!

This home was perfect for our family of 4! The home was very clean and just like the pictures. We were minutes away from Jellystone water park where we spent the day. The home was also stocked with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay! Will definitely come back if in town again!

What a gem! This little bungalow is clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are sweet touches here and there that convey the host’s commitment to an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this cute and cozy home away from home.

Literally loved this cottage. Didn’t realize is was on an rv resort so that was a major bonus. Everything was so pretty, it was super quiet and the cottage was so nice. King bed, huge bathroom, and that shower was to die for. Would 100% book again.

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

Great get away ! If you are looking for a private and peaceful place to stay, this is it ! Not just that but Cathy and Tim were very helpful and very fast to solve anything we were wondering about. Kids had a blast at the pool and not to mention looking at goats & deers running around the property. This place felt so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Definitely going back soon ! Thank you Cathy and Tim for booking us LAST MINUTE 🥰 We appreciate you both ! This place was incredible.

Loved this place and would stay again. Felt very much like a home away from home. The ranch and the sheep were so cool, and at night I could see all the stars. Hope to return!

My family and I had a great stay. The house was great, and the river was easily accessible and perfect for sitting or kids riding some rapids. The best part for us is that the river was secluding to our area so we didn’t have to worry about any other people, we had lots of little ones and they were able to play. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

I really enjoyed my one night at Kali's place and will definitely consider it when returning to Kerrville. I was supposed to share the cost with a colleague who did not end up coming. It was a bit pricey for one person.

This place was exactly what we needed. We were in town for our son's wedding so didn't spend alot of time at the house, but when we were there it was perfect. We loved the old fashioned vibe, from the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. We kept saying we felt like we were visiting our grandparents house. Everything was clean & exactly how it was listed. Kevin even let us check in early because we needed to take care of wedding duties early so we were able to drop off our luggage & such before heading to the venue which was nice. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

This is a great little resort. Took my girlfriend here for a birthday weekend get away she loved it. We will definitely be back in the future. The walking trail was her favorite part of the resort it has great views at the top. The pool and hot tub were also a great place to relax.

Once again, Martha was fabulous!! Love this little house and staying in this older, safe, comfortable neighborhood and house. People in the front house were so nice and our dogs loved playing together. Such a great backyard for kids and dogs!! Can’t wait to come back this summer with our family and hope to see our new friends again!! Thank you Martha and thanks for all your understanding with all our needs! You didn’t have to be so accommodating, but you went over and above!! Thanks again! Loved it!!

Brian was always quick to respond from the booking process to a concern during our stay and adding an extra night. Very accommodating, snd friendly.

Pamela’s place was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and check-in was easy. It felt like a peaceful home base during our trip. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house.

Such a great little place for a couple! Very little noise from the road! Neighbors were great! Peaceful
