Due to the location on a ridge, you have a wonderful view far into Germany from the rose-covered rooms and the roof terrace. The Limburg hills can also be seen and invite you to take a day trip. The "Nieuwstraat/Neustraße" with its border in the middle, which is well known far beyond the region, can be followed over its entire length.

The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.
