Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). Facing south and without any vis-à-vis, you will enjoy a breathtaking sea view with Quiberon and Belle-Ile in line of sight. You will be quiet, facing the ocean, in the middle of the dunes and the moor. At night, you'll sleep lulled by the sound of waves and light from the lights. A place for serenity and escape! Great for a romantic or solo stay.

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.
