The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

This single story building has a ramp, but it is slightly steeper then current standards. The inside is also laid out for wheelchair access.

We have an adorable rustic and comfy tiny house; warm and cozy, with a big queen bed and ample blankets. Two heaters keep the place toasty. There is a fridge, tea kettle, toaster oven and stovetop. *The porch heaters are fired up!* There's a simple composting toilet indoors which works well and smells not at all. NO INDOOR PLUMBING but we supply ample drinking/cooking/washing water and there is a sink that drains.
