Bus 49! Is worth every PENNY! This is in fact a full blown bus and not a hotel. So the temperature on the bus certainly reflects the temps/weather around the bus. We loved our stay on the bus! It’s so wonderful! We actually had to force ourselves to get out and explore! I would even say the Bus is a piece of beautiful artwork. We even cooked a full blown gourmet steak and mushroom meal! On the bus! All utensils provided and basic seasoning. We strongly recommend booking a trip to Hope, AK to stay on the bus!

Everything was great and will continue to come stay here.

What a great place to check out Cooper Landing and the surrounding areas! Lorraine's property is quiet, clean and secluded. From sitting around the fire, on the deck at the princess lodge having drinks, swimming the dog in a sunny spot or just checking out the wood sculptures peppered throughout the property this place is Great!

Everything was exactly as described. Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions i had. Would definitely stay at her place again.

My stay here was magical. It was the right amount of rustic with all the comforts of home. The view of the lake and sunsets was tranquil. The place stayed warm even on the coldest night. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was respectful and responsive with lots of recommendations on local activities. We were able to use the community pool and gym, which was included and so great on the rainy days. If you have kids make sure to take them to the community pool! We were by some great fishing spots too. I would come back and stay here again and again.

Some changes have been made since the pictures were taken (the 3rd bedroom had a Murphy bed now instead of a sofa couch.), but otherwise just as pictured. The soaking tube and double shower in the primary bedroom were heavenly as well as the Japanese heated toilet seats! The snow was shoveled everyday and the location was 15-30 min walk from bars and restaurants downtown. Very comfortable stay.

Comfortable and functional

Sarah has been very responsive from start to finish. I have been pleasantly surprised at the quickness of all her communications. The property has exceeded my expectations and I assume there is not another one like it in Homer. My family loved everything about it. The very classy spa was an amazing touch.

We didn't stay at the apartment a whole lot. We were always on the go. But, we slept like babies when we got back. Comfy beds, quiet area. We rented the Ford Escape. I can't believe it's a 20 year old car! It ran great, was clean, and drove amazingly. Plus, it was hundreds of dollars less than the rental companies. Overall, great accommodations, nice people to deal with, and in a good location to go any direction you want.

This is a great place near the Kenai to be able to use for sleep and relaxing while fishing. The host is very nice and welcoming and has big plans for this location in the near future. I wish him luck. Thanks!

Jessica is an exceptional host. The RPOD was fully equipped; clean dishes, plates, cups, towels, utensils, and a host of other basics needed for a great stay - to include trash bags, mosquito coils, a bug zapper, etc. Her family's RPOD was great - has A/C; heat, hot water heater, commode, shower. She even provided a small inverter generator for our off-grid location. I would give her 10 stars if I could - very accommodating and responsive - she was on-time with everything and exceeded all our expectations. She provided her expertise in setting everything up and instructions RPOD operations. We enjoyed our trip immensely and her RPOD made it better. Thank you again for a great experience.

Perfect little area for my girlfriend and I! Close to downtown, next to the zoo, and the location is very quiet. For sure have to be conservative with the water (30L gray water tank), though lol 😅!

Would definitely stay again. What a charming place! We immediately felt comfortable and just what we needed. Jodi told us main heat was out but it was more than warm and cozy with the electric fire place & small safe heater!! Everything was clean, with fresh linens & towels. Just a note that the pullout couch, even with a topper, isn't really comfortable for an adult. It is a well laid out camper and easy to use!! Wifi was great and TV was easy to use as well.

excellent stay! the place was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. they left spices, cooking utensils, paper goods and more to make sure we had everything. they were very responsive whenever we had a question, we felt right at home! we traveled with small children, and the camper was very roomy and a great time for them!

Great job making this camper feel like a home! has all of the kitchen needs, linens, and comforts one would expect out of a luxury rental, much less a beautiful camper! Excellent stay and super friendly hosts!
