It is off grid so it has lighting but all electrical needs are provided via The Lodgehouse. The rentals have full use of the lodgehouse with lodge kitchen, dining, firepits, bbq and acres of groomed gardens and lawns for onsite enjoyment . This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Large 900 sq ft upstairs suite with separate entrance and free, off street parking. Home is in an established neighborhood near the coastal trail. Full kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The space is cheerful and full of light with a private balcony. Shared laundry area between upstairs and downstairs. Like being at home with all the conveniences, Smart TV, laundry, and high speed internet.

We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.
