Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kembangan

Vina’s place was spacious and comfortable with all the cooking amenities we needed to heat up food and make breakfast. The apartment has a lot of places to eat in the lobby as well as a small grocery store, salon, pool and small playground. During our stay, Vina was responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. Thanks, Vina!

Great place to stay around the Senayan area! The location is super convenient—just a couple of minutes' drive to GBK (Gelora Bung Karno). Perfect for events, concerts, or morning jogs.

I have given five star rating as everything was great during our stay. Only concern which bothered us during our 4 nights 5 days stay was there was no cleaning, house keeping, dish washing and bed making. Host could provide at-least one cleaning schedule for long staying hosts.

Really recommend staying in Ariama Serviced Residence. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights on the 4th floor and we’re very pleased. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with a minimalist, modern vibe. It includes kitchen and washing/ dryer which was very convenient for us. There is also housemaid available to clean and can do laundry service for 5 pcs daily. The living room would fit a couple or max 3 people. There’s a small balcony connected to the kitchen. My only con is that I wish theTV had netflix. The bedroom includes a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillows. Theres a mirrored wardrobe with clothes hangers and small safe. However I did not find iron. There is also a small work desk. The bathroom is has a modern design and it’s quite spacious. The shower was nice to use and there’s also a large bathtub. I did find that bathroom could of been cleaner especially the shower/ bath area as there was some soap scum. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would come back :)

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Thank you so much Setiawan for the hospitality!

This place was great! Great value for the money, extremely clean and well stocked unit. One of the best I have stayed at in Jakarta. The building security were cool and friendly. The stay was an absolute pleasure. And the host was extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Located a bit outside the city but close to the airport. It's a large condo with a great swimming pool. The dwelling is on the top floor and so a bit remote from the city noises. There are a few supermarket options inside the condo and one just outside. Great if you look for a few days of calm next to the city.
