Beach condo vacation rentals in Kemah

We had a wonderful stay! April’s balcony views were wonderful and she had lots of towels to use during our stay. We also loved that she had beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. Had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

The host is very easy to communicate with! This place is amazing and we miss it already. From the minute you walk in, those VIEWS!! It was never really busy at the pool, and even if it was it's a 300 foot pool. Not much to worry about. Beach access was easy, the condo itself was clean and enjoyable and quiet! We are very much a "chill out on vacation" mode family and we still were able to go swim at all times and come back and relax. Great place, I see us being back one day. We're already homesick for that place and those views!

Great Condo!!! Great location… ocean across the street. 3 pools and a hot tub- all areas well maintained. The condo was so cute and very comfortable- well stocked with necessities and more.

Easy check in process at the condominium. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking . Carts available for loading / unloading. Easy and safe access to the beach. Outside showers available for use prior to coming back in. The unit itself is wonderful. Shanna has the unit well decorated and not lacking for anything. Nice touch with the bottle of wine waiting to greet you. The view of the Gulf and the ships from the 9th floor is incredible. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony while listening to the roaring surf. Shanna had a number of items available in the unit for use at the beach (some beach chairs, cabana for shade, beach wagon). The front desk has a phone number for a third party company if additional equipment is needed for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay @ Shanna's Sea Spot on Galveston Island. She is a great host.

We enjoyed our second stay. The weekend crowd is definitely different than during the week. The condo is further west than the night life which we enjoy and is right on the beach. The seaweed in Galveston was a surprise this year but did not stop the fun in the waves. The washer/dryer is a perk so pack light and do laundry. Lots of beach toys and chairs, even a big tent. Kitchen stocked. Extra blankets were nice. Would enjoy staying again.

We had a great time at Cheryl’s place! The house was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating for my family of 5. We would use Cheryl again!

This condo was super clean. The host was very responsive. The only thing that was a little troublesome was the mattress on my husband side, but everything else was super good.

This condo was the perfect beach vacation spot. The proximity to the beach and loads of restaurants could not be beat. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The space is well put together, and I greatly appreciated the stocked bottled water. The only con I'd say is, make sure you bring your sleep mask, as the lights from the outside the bedroom window don't ever turn off, and shine into the room at night.

Stayed here for a wedding at The Treemont Hotel. The location was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We hope to be back soon!

Great location out of the hustle of the more tourist oriented area of Galveston. Can walk to Seawall Coffee, a convenience store, and some other shops. Great location for those who are in town for the half Ironman as it is right on the bike course. Place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped (including coffee!).

Highly recommend Paige's property! It was clean and close to everything! Paige was also so helpful and went above and beyond to help us with storing our ice chests and everything.

The condo was spotless, smelt great, and had exactly everything plus some extras! it was so very easy checking in! We were able to walk right across the street to the beach! And the pools at the Mvillas were very clean and the resort style Main pool was beautiful! I highly recommend and if we head back to Galveston, I will definitely be giving Amy a call for this exact same condo!

Perfect little spot for a pre-cruise getaway! The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The balcony overlooking the pool was a great bonus—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. Location was super convenient, just a quick drive to the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay again next time I’m heading out of Galveston!

My daughter and I stayed for her final dance competition of her senior year. The location is perfect and the condo is beautiful. It is a fantastic place to stay in Galveston, for privacy or things to do, or both! I would definitely recommend this listing to others who are looking for a wonderful beach condo in a fabulous location.

Aaron was a great host! The condominium views and amenities were amazing, family loved it. I’ve been to Galveston multiple times never experienced it like I did staying here. Lazy river, swim up bar, beach access, family friendly. Highly recommended!

Diamond Beach is a favorite for our family and this unit had some of the most comfortable living room furniture we've had in a unit. The amount of space to sit and eat, and play games was great. The 4 twins is rare in the units so it was great to have them.

We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach with great views. The pool and hot tubs were fun and we had fun hunting for seashells. My kids loved the game room and the room was clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids as well.

Anna's place was a great spot for us to unwind after a busy holiday season. The condo was extremely comfortable, ambience wise and furniture wise. We've stayed on the west end of Galveston many times and understand how isolated it is, which is what we love about it. Anna's balcony provides a view of the beach that you don't get from too many places on the island. To address a few things from other reviews. The elevator is spotty (was out for 1 day), but it worked the majority of the time we were there. The amenities such as the restaurant/gift shop are not open year round. These items don't detract from the property at all, but wanted to make those looking aware. We're looking forward to our next visit!

The view from the unit is gorgeous and just steps away from the beach entrance. We enjoyed being able to watch a movie and the beach at the same time if we chose to, and waking up to the view even better. I would suggest to future guest that if you plan to cook be sure to bring any seasonings you may need, unlike other places they do not leave any there. Also bring plenty of beach towels and chairs. Other than that it’s a lovely place and we will definitely stay again.

Jessica’s place was exactly what I had hoped it would be plus more. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels. The in unit washer and dryer was a huge plus also. It was a little chilly during our stay but we did get to enjoy the pools one day we were there and my family had a great time floating around the lazy river! My kids enjoyed the game room and the kids jungle room. We were able to check out equipment for shuffle board, pool and ping pong from the concierge desk. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view of the bay from the condo made for some breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The location was perfect. We ate at The Spot for lunch one day then drove over to Magic Carpet for some putt putt. My son wanted sushi for his birthday so we also enjoyed some sushi nearby at Yamato. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!!
