Located in Downtown Kelowna and 5 blocks from the lake. Built in 2019 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Spacious living area with open concept kitchen. 10 minute walk to downtown core. The living space is located above an oversized double garage. Property has been re-fenced with a newly landscaped back yard for pups and guests. Being pet friendly with the garage for security are great assets to this space, and the downtown location can not be beat. Please no parking in front of garage for neighbor
