We had a great stay here. It was a perfect base for exploring Riga and was very comfortable and cosy, as described, with plenty of character. It is near to lots of the main things to see like the Jugendstil area and we liked that it was a bit further from the old town (but still not that far at all to walk) and we never had to use any of the public transport. Janis was very clear with instructions and was also happy to let us check in early. Especially for the price would highly recommend

I’ve stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks and can only recommend it. It is a bit further away from the center of Riga but therefore more affordable and the train and bus connection is really good (almost every 5 minutes during the day), so I didn’t mind it at all. The apartment was really beautiful and clean and I felt really safe in the building and also in the area. There is a supermarket close by which is convenient. The communication was really fast and friendly and Sintija tried to make everything possible (e.g. I could extend my stay for one night). I would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in Riga! The flat was spotless and extremely clean—we’ve rarely seen apartments this immaculate. It made us feel very comfortable. The private parking is a huge plus in this city. Agnese, the host, provided all the necessary information quickly and without hesitation. The location is within walking distance of the center, though not right in the heart of it—but this is clear from the map. We would definitely stay here again!

Ωραιο μικρο διαμερισμα, οτι πρεπει για 2-3 διανυκτερευσεις. Η επικοινωνια ηταν πολυ καλη.

Wonderful 5-Day Stay! My girlfriend and I had an amazing 5-day stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The apartment had a warm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to feel at home. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a local guide. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic little gem hidden in the outskirts of Jurmala. Private yard, spacious house and of course a very nice Sauna and well maintained garden!

Nice place to stay

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

Ļoti tīrs un jauks mājoklis, mierīga, bet ļoti labā lokācija, ar izcilu skatu uz pili!

Liked the place, everything was orderly. Some outside boards on terrace and porch were a little loose and the backyard is a little small, but everything else was good. Check-in and check-out was good, place was clean, nice stay.

Imeline peatuspaik – ületas kõik ootused! Jäime oma majutusega ülimalt rahule! Alates esimesest hetkest oli kõik läbimõeldud ja külalislahke – meid võeti soojalt vastu, kogu kommunikatsioon oli selge ja kiire. Majutuskoht ise oli puhas, hubane, täpselt nagu piltidel, kui mitte paremgi. Asukoht oli suurepärane – vaikne ja rahulik ümbrus, samas kõik vajalik (poed, restoranid, vaatamisväärsused) olid läheduses. Magamistoad olid väga mugavad ja voodipesu kvaliteetne. Köök oli täielikult varustatud, mis tegi toiduvalmistamise lihtsaks ja meeldivaks. Samuti oli suur pluss see, et kogu majutus oli laitmatult puhas. Eriline tänu võõrustajale, kes oli äärmiselt abivalmis ja vastutulelik – tundsime end oodatuna ja hoituna kogu viibimise vältel. Love😍

Very good for a few days city sightseeing vacation. We were here for a second time in same place.

Everything was great - the place was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the snack bar with very low prices - a small touch that made big difference. Thank you the hosts for the warm welcome and attention to details. 👌

Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne. Super lokalizacja i ładne otoczenie. W mieszkaniu znajduje się podstawowe wyposażenie do gotowania jeśli ktoś potrzebuje zostać na kilka dni i nie koniecznie chce korzystać z restauracji (brakowało tylko deski do krojenia). Z minusów były tylko dwie poduszki do spania które były małe i niewygodne. Ogólnie polecam

Alt levede op til forventningerne. Lejligheden og området var skøn. Masser af plads, rent og rigtig god kontakt til Anna. Vi kommer gerne igen.

We hebben een heerlijke week achter de rug in het fijne, ruime en gezellige appartement van Ilze. En niet te vergeten in de mooie stad Riga!

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um die Altstadt und auch den Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Martin war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkehren und können Martin als Gastgeber und seine Wohnung nur empfehlen.

The place was excellent and Aija was very friendly. Check-in was flexible – we highly recommend this host to everyone. The apartment was wonderfully spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Paikka vastasi erittäin hyvin odotuksia. Kaikkialla oli puhdasta ja siistiä. Asunto oli kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä ja ravintoloista. Sijainti oli sopivan rauhallinen! Olimme kuuden hengen naisporukalla liikenteessä ja tilaa oli asunnossa runsaasti.
