Hi Richard, your house was wonderful – we felt very comfortable! As a family, we only missed the washing machine and a laundry rack a little. 😄 But that wasn't a big problem. We will definitely be happy to come back to you – it was a really nice stay. The location is quiet and perfect for our children and our little dog Alexa. We enjoyed the large, charming property and the beautiful terrace. Everything is easily accessible – whether Riga or Jūrmala. We felt like at home! Thank you and best regards! Ilona&Alexander

We stayed in the house for a couple of nights, ordered a hot tub and a sauna, we really liked everything.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

We spent a few days of our vacation in a wonderful house, enjoying the silence, the aroma of the pine forest around and the proximity of the beautiful beach. You can only recommend this place, everything was very convenient, clean and cozy, as if you were in your cottage. The only thing was that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings on the street (there were no problems in the house, they saved comfortable nets), so our advice is to protect yourself from mosquito repellent. We had a wonderful time at this guest house! We were pleasantly surprised by both the house itself and the surrounding area – a very cozy, clean and comfortable environment to enjoy peace and relaxation. There are many beautiful places to walk and enjoy nature in the area, which made our stay even more special. Special thanks to the guests house hosts for their warm welcome and great communication – everything was provided to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to others who want an enjoyable and relaxing getaway!

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment, which is perfectly located for a city break in Riga. The apartment is large, clean and practically furnished for many guests. The terrace is a particular plus. The contact with the landlord has been quick and efficient and we highly recommend this apartment.

Victoria's place in Olde Town Riga was perfect for our stay. It was a beautiful location - combining a historical building with modernized accommodations. And it was in a perfect location. So close to so many restaurants and sights in Riga - very easy to get around. Even though you can't drive right up to the location, it wasn't far for drivers to access. Everything was clean and well kept - it was just what we wanted for our vacation.

Loved the surroundings and the peace. Decoration of the place was cozy. Warm and friendly host, lovely pets, felt right at home. Morning sunrise was amazing and in the kitchen there was very tasty herbal tea. Found good dinner from Ogre. Coming with car, there were fuel stations just near the location. Would be happy to stay again!

We loved this place, really lux and clean.

Very nice apartment with high-end appliances in the very central location . Huge window with a beautiful views of rooftops and cathedrals. Balcony and elevator in the building are a huge plus. Communication with Eva was good and she was very accommodating. Overall we had a great stay.

Ivetas place was perfect. It felt super luxurious but was very affordable! It was a great location - walking distance from most places or at least a quick 'bolt' scooter! The flat was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and the kitchen was so well equipped. The communication was great, clear check in details and recommendations of things to do. We didn't stay long enough - will have to come back!

Honestly, this may be the nicest AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. All of it ship-shape and done perfectly. Used the washer/dryer Combo and I couldn’t figure it out at first but after that it was awesome. The site is pristine. I could not have asked for anything else. Will stay again next time I’m in Latvia.

Accommodation clean, quick to find, central location. Instructions before arrival were sufficient. Around the corner you can quickly get everything you need. Everything great! Recommended. 🙂

Beautiful and modern place.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located to restaurants and bars. And a close walk to all the main areas and tourist spots.

Martin's apartment is as pictured and described. Everything necessary was available and clean. The apartment is well located to reach the old town and also the train station on foot. Martin was always easy to reach and responded quickly, kindly and helpful. We would keep returning and can only recommend Martin as a host and his apartment.

One of the best Airbnb experiences. The hosts are very thoughtful and the apartment had everything that we needed. It was super quiet, even though it’s located in the city center. The snacks and drinks that were left to us by the hosts made it feel like a premium experience!

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this accommodation and I must say that it is simply ideal for optimal tranquility (especially with its very nice garden available). The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and well-lit naturally. You really feel like you're at home, in private. The apartment would be nothing without its host, Anna, who is not only very responsive but also proactive with only good advice and excellent suggestions. Anyway, I can only recommend this place.
