In Walter’s place you will feel right at home. In a very private neighborhood great for the family about 20 minutes away from restaurants great beaches close by. Had all the amenities you could think of for the beach. Clean, Had everything we needed, super accommodating, quick to respond, view and yard is amazing and the view spectacular to say the least. Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

Wow, what a fantastic house for a family or group stay! My favorite feature was the beautiful wraparound porch with a stunning, peaceful view of the Pacific, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The entire home has been thoughtfully renovated and feels both fresh and comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming. WE met them at check-in, and they went above and beyond by stocking the house with so many thoughtful extras. From coffee and tea to condiments and travel-weary essentials, it felt like everything we needed was already there. Definitely take a look around before heading to the grocery store! AC was cold, showers were hot, and we enjoyed everything minute. We highly recommend this place!

Great stay. The views were gorgeous, deck patio was huge. You could hear the wildlife at nighttime. Jason was super communicative. All around 5 stars!

Beautiful home exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was easy, and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The location is just a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for accessing the shopping center. The host regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely book again when staying in Kona!

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

This spacious home was amazing. We fit 8 people in this home with plenty of room to move around. This is an older home and some wear and tear was visible when we arrived. We simply took photos and shared with owner on items that needed attention in the future. This home has wonderful views of the ocean, it is not far from a Costco and a Walmart for quick and easy shopping. The home was supplied with all the basic needs like toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, tissue and much, much more. There is a large TV downstairs that our kiddos spent their down time watching. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. Three bathrooms was a huge blessing for the size of our group. The owner was responsive and helpful for every inquriy.

I enjoyed the stay at Mike's place. It was my first time visiting the beautiful big island and his instructions on how to navigate to his place and get inside was very easy. Just watch out for directions when putting it into Uber or Lyft, the drivers may get confused, so it is best to stand outside of the property and wait for your ride. When we did have a request for something, they handled it promptly. Super friendly people when we encountered them on the property momentarily. Was very willing to help assistance in any way needed. The private entrance to the backside of the property has a nice pool. We did not utilize the pool as we were gone from the facility quite often during the day. There are accommodating things on the property, such as beach towels and surfboards for your use. There is also a laundry facility on site in case you need it. Space has a mini fridge, sink and cabinet storage in case you bring food/snacks. Keyless combo entry. Loved the property!

Pacific 19 hotel was a very nice stay for the one night we stayed. The place seems a little older but still accommodating and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, check in and out was easy, and there was ample parking.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Don't hesitate to book this place! it has everything we needed for 5 adults! beach gear was especially appreciated! Walking distance to many restaurants and even the luau at Royal Kona Resort..

Was better than booking with the hotel directly. You can see manta rays feeding at night right from the hotel. Waking distance to manta ray dive operators.

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

Mike and Melissa (and Sheryl!) are wonderful hosts, and their place is spacious and comfortable—me and my dog, Margot, felt instantly at home. They were super friendly with great recommendations, and the apartment is private and quiet, yet super convenient to town and all of Kona’s lovely beaches. Would recommend to anybody!

We stayed here for one night before heading to Hilo. It was a comfortable place to rest after a travel day and then fall asleep to the ocean. It’s a comfortable place with updated features.

Highly recommend! The house is clean, well furnished, is located in a great place, and has a great lanai with an awesome view. My family with two teenage kids spent a week here and loved it. Host was friendly and responsive. We hope to be able to come back soon.

Our group of 10 had a great stay. Was recently transferred to new ownership, which created some logistical challenges. However, the new owner and host were friendly and did their best to create a smooth experience. The location was very convenient. Our kids enjoyed magic sands beach park for the sand and waves, and kahaluu was excellent for snorkeling—both were within a very short drive or a moderate walk. The place was clean and air conditioning worked well. We would stay again if we returned.

We adored staying in the Treetop getaway - I wish we could have stayed longer! The space was well-organized, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor seating was so lovely in the mornings! The beach gear that we borrowed for the day was amazing!! We felt so cozy and relaxed in this spot -- and the hosts are super friendly.

This was an awesome place to stay!! We were able to walk to several shops and restaurants, groceries nearby and centrally located for all our exploring on this side of the island. Very well stocked condo. Comfy beds and plenty of space. Very peaceful. We saw sea turtles right in Kailua Bay! Erika was very responsive and resourceful. Everything was as described. There were several unhoused individuals but we saw this all over the island and never felt threatened when out walking around town. Would 100% recommend this place!!!!

We had a great stay. Our kitty had a great time watching the birds and hunting for geckos. The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. Rosalba was the best host we have ever had, helping us out with a last minute change in our stay. She communicated with us regularly and everything was very clear. We stayed at this unit 3 years ago when we first landed on island. It was a perfect place for us as we waited to get our home to set up.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb—truly the Eden of Kona! The property was gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked, including plenty of beach towels, which made our beach days so much easier. Julia was incredibly attentive and followed up several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The pool was a nice feature, though it was a bit too cold for us to use during our trip. Just a heads-up: it does get pretty chilly at night, so pack some layers! Also worth noting—the place is up a very loopy hill, so be prepared for a winding drive. Location-wise, it was super convenient—just 15–20 minutes to Target, Costco, and the airport, which made things really easy. Overall, a peaceful and stunning retreat—we'd definitely stay here again!

Valerie and Larry made us feel at home, the stay definitely made our whole experience during our time in Kona. We really appreciated how warm and welcoming they were, and the place had everything that we needed. They have beach chairs, snorkel gear and a cooler to borrow. The place is even better than shown in the pictures, such a cozy and quiet place to relax. Definitely would recommend!
