Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kea

Petros villa exceeded our expectations in every possible way! We felt like home. It’s a true gem ! Mesmerizing 180 degrees sea view from every room, which makes you feel you are traveling in a cruise ship ! It’s like watching a peacefully colorful painting that is changing every moment … The villa has everything we needed and much more ! We enjoyed our time in the spacious pool watching the sunset colors, the swim in the turquoise waters in front of the villa, the barbecue and the dinner parties we planned at the huge terrace and living room! The privacy of the spacious villa, the spotless cleaning and the various facilities are some of its top advantages. We will definitely visit Petros villa again !

Semaine formidable dans cette maison sur la plage. Magnifique terrasse bien aérée et vue le soir sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. La plage est très belle et peu fréquentée, eau claire et parfait pour la baignade. La maison est très confortable également même si nous passions nos journées dehors. Un vrai bonheur de se réveiller au bord de la mer et de pouvoir se baigner sans avoir à prendre la voiture cela donne une dimension totalement différente aux vacances ! La maison est très bien située aussi dans Kea que nous avons découvert et adoré. Île sauvage avec des routes et des panoramas somptueux et peu touristique comparée à d’autres îles grecques. Merci beaucoup Maria !

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et attentionnés. Nous avons été surpris par la réactivité de Marilou et Tassos et de leur implication pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Ils seront présents pour aider, si nécessaire. Le logement est impeccable, la décoration est à mi-chemin entre tradition et modernité, la propreté est au rendez-vous et le mobilier offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se reposer et profiter de la maison. La maison se situe dans les hauteurs de Kea offrant ainsi une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le coucher du soleil. Toutes les conditions nécessaires pour passer des vacances ressourçantes et reposantes y sont réunies. Il y a un petit village non loin de la maison et des supermarchés. Beaucoup de balades sont accessibles également avec ou sans véhicule. En résumé, super séjour, endroit magnifique, maisonnette de rêve !

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Αγαπάμε τις γατούλες που σεργιανιζουν στα μπαλκόνια. Σε κάποιους βέβαια μπορεί να μην αρέσει το γεγονός ότι υπάρχουν ταιστρες με φαγητό για τα γατάκια στα μπαλκόνια (τουλάχιστον στο δικό μας που ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο) οπότε καλό είναι να το γνωριζουν. Αυστηρος ο κανόνας αναφορικά με την απαγόρευση του καπνίσματος στους εξωτερικούς χώρους.

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! This was one of our best vacations, and we're excited about the possibility of returning in the future!

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

We had a great experience at Maria’s place. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was AMAZING. Great communication on the front end and extremely accommodating on the back end including us to check out a little later than the normal check out time. This was greatly appreciated! We were welcomed with a friendly smile and offer to help us with our luggage. The description was accurate regarding the stairs. There are many many stairs and if it was kind of Maria to offer to take our bags up. The home was so beautiful with a spectacular view. We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies. I recommend to definitely get a car. There’s an affordable place very close by. There are only two restaurants near by and you have to walk a mile up and down steep hills to get there. The car makes it easier and you can drive to Porto Rafti. Second, get a translator app for your phone-instructions for appliances are in Greek (washer and dryer). Lastly, the ac in the room worked great.

We had a great time. The apartment has unobstructed sea views even from bed. The best 2 beaches of the area as well as the supermarket and the cafeteria-restaurant are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The place was very clean and all furniture and linen were brand new. The host is also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Έμεινα πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένος με τη διαμονή μου! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ πιο όμορφο απ’ ό,τι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και ήσυχη . Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με κάθε απορία. Ήταν μια από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες Airbnb που είχα ποτέ και θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε επισκέπτεται την περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω!

A beautiful ocean view with a lovely host! The private beach was a great feature and a wonderful way to spend my honeymoon

We had an excellent stay. It was a one night stop before heading to the greek islands. The apartment was spacious and clean in a quiet neighborhood, close to the airport. The balcony was huge and the view was incredible. Angela was very responsive and gave outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and stores. She also arranged transport to/from the airport with a friendly and helpful driver. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay near the airport. When we come back to Greece, we will definitely stay here. Thank you Angela!

I rented Panos’ unit for a post wedding getaway. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the unit was. Not only was a clean, and beautiful, but it had a breathtaking view of the water as described on the listing. I felt so at home and relaxed, especially during breakfast and watching the beautiful pink sunsets. I could walk over to the beach and enjoy it and walk over to grocery stores and restaurants, literally within 10 minutes. The only thing I forgot is that the view does come with a bit of a hike, up a hill, to the unit when you’re walking around. If you have a car, or taking Uber, there would be no issues. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this location. It’s stunning.

We had a wonderful time staying at Panagiotis’s place. He was very helpful through out (waiting for us for a late check in, helping to book us taxi, giving us local recommendations) and we really enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely pool at the property and you can go for a swim in a sea with a beautiful clear water which is less than 5 minutes walk. Panagiotis is also surprised us with a delicious traditional pastures for breakfast. If you’re thinking about renting a property in Porto rafti - this should be your choice. Thank you panagiotis for a lovely stay!

Tolle, saubere und stylische Unterkunft! Steile teilweise unbefestigte Wege auf der Insel, aber 4x4 haben wir nicht gebraucht da es trocken war. Teilweise sehr Stürmisch Ende April aber wunderschön auch ohne viel Zeit am Pool. Viele wilde Blumen und wilde Esel auf der Insel und viel Ruhe da kaum Menschen.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

This is our second time staying at Villa Ioanna. We loved it so much last year and couldn’t believe our eyes when we got there. The location is amazing the view is breathtaking. The wonderful sunset on the sea and the 2 different verandas can offer you a different angle every night. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14, they never stopped talking about the villa in Kea, so we booked again to repeat the experience! Many memories made: playing by the pool, having breakfast at the table in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with sea view, eating together outside enjoying fresh fish cooked on the barbecue enjoying the sunset. We explored the beaches nearby like Kampi and Poisses, they are all very beautiful with crystalline water and at the end of May they are very quiet with umbrellas available for free. We went to some restaurants and they were all very nice. Steven is a great host, his information are very clear and helpful. He was always very proactive.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible villa, exactly as the photos show. Maria and Mona were great and made the experience so easy and comfortable. The villa is an excellent size, fully equipped with everything you could need (cooking, laundry etc) and very tastefully decorated. The views are amazing and the outdoor space is truly unique - tons of covered and uncovered outdoor space, a good sized pool, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen. The only minor downside is the gravel road to get there which is about 6mins of driving (not a problem). Great local suggestions and overall an extremely positive experience, would highly recommend.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες,με όλες τις παροχές, πανεμορφη θεα στη θάλασσα,η πισινα πεντακάθαρη και πολύ επικοινωνιακοί και φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες!σιγουρα θα το πρότεινα και θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε!

Olga was a very responsive host. Amazing location with stunning sunsets. Great location to explore the island. 10mins drive from port with lots of restaurants and shops. Recommend suitable 4x4 to explore the island, given there are dirt roads. Highly recommend Kea and this stunning villa.
