Квартира уютная, чистая. Есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания. Отдельное спасибо хозяину квартиры. В любое время он на связи и может подсказать что интересует по аренде. Буду советовать Вас родственникам и друзьям.

非常棒的入住体验。周围有很多餐厅和咖啡店，距离mega商场也很近。我们八个伙伴在公寓度过了一个愉快的假期。

Nous sommes passés via booking au départ. Nous avions une confirmation et voilà qu’en surprise, arrivés sur place après 10 h de vols, nous appelions l’hôte qui nous a informés qu’il était à l’étranger et qu’il fallait annuler cette réservation. Pas du tout sérieux booking😡 Dans notre désespoir sur un premier jour sur le sol du Kazakhstan, je me suis retourné vers air b and b. Je savais qu’il proposait des super hôte. Et la, je trouve une réservation proposée par Nathaly et la quelle a été le plaisir de communiquer avec elle 🙏 Nathaly est réellement une super hôte, qualité bien méritée Elle réagissait aussitôt et disponible avec un contact très très convivial. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce lieux très accessible ( métro, bus, à pied, taxi …) Alors merci Nataly 🥰

One of the best AirBnb places which I have stayed. Modern unit with all facilities, neat and cleean.Good value for money ,close to public transport ,shops and eateries. Highly recommend Ainura place and sincerely thanks her for such a wonderful unit. 110%

호스트 분이 매우 친절하시고 응답이 빠르십니다. 숙소 퀄리티도 너무 좋아서 들어간 순간부터 나오는 순간까지 모든 면에서 만족했습니다. 숙소 위치가 부촌에 위치한 건지, 신축 아파트인지 주위 시설들이 굉장히 깔끔했고 안전하게 느껴졌습니다. 숙소는 넓고 쾌적하며, 침대 3개와 화장실 2개, 거실과 주방까지 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 것이 청결했습니다. 단점이 없는 숙소입니다. 한국인으로서 정말 추천합니다.

This apartment exceeds our expectations. It feels like home, complete with all that we need and very clean. The location was great and easy to find. The host is very helpful. Will surely recommend this place.

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable. Proche des pistes en hiver . Parfait pour un séjour avec enfants car il y’a des jeux aussi. Merci pour l’accueil et les présents

كان الأستاذ Meirbek جيدا متعاون أخذنا بجوله في سيارته مجانا لمده خمس ساعات في المناطق الجبليه والمنتجعات القريبه وكان متعاون ومتواجد معنا يلبي حاجاتنا ويساعدنا كثيرا كان كريما جدا فقدم لنا القهوه والعشاء اللذيذ في اول يوم استظافنا فنشكره ونحييه وأسرته وأبنائه

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Super hospitable host. picked me up from the airport and welcomed me into his home while the apartment was being cleaned, and still checked me in early. would recommend and would visit again! great apartment, great location.

In dieser Wohnung kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen, wenn man keine zu hohen Erwartungen hat. Die Wohnung ist für ein Kurzurlaub oder einen Ausflug in Astana perfekt. Wir kamen dort sehr gut zurecht. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!🤝🏼

Отличная квартира в самом центре города, большая и просторная, отличный вид, все чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания. Эдуард отличный хозяин, чем мог помогал, подсказал куда можно сходить покушать, очень отзывчивый. Проживанием довольны, спасибо!!!

Хорошее расположение апартаментов для тех, кто планирует работать из дома. В 7 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ с продуктовым магазином, фастфудом и кинотеатром Рашида пришла на заселение, все показала. Помогла оформить регистрацию, да и в целом по всем вопросам оперативно отвечала Единственный минус- это не двухкомнатная квартира я явном виде, а однушка, из которой сделали 2 комнаты. В "спальне" нет окон. Это не мешает в повседневной жизни, но для работы 2 людям стоит учитывать Wifi нормальный, 40 Мбит на загрузку и отдачу. Работать вдвоём довольно комфортно При длительном проживании включена уборка раз в неделю

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! Thanks again 🙌🏻
