Very safe feeling in that neighborhood. Watched sunsets on the rocks every night from a pathway very near to the bungalow. Very close access to use transportation on the The Bus which was very reliable for either direction on the North Shore if we didn't want to drive.

We had an unforgettable stay ! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach and tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Waking up to mountains breezes and birdsong each morning was absolute paradise. The home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with local touches. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host provided everything we needed—beach chairs, snorkel gear. Communication with the host was excellent—super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We especially appreciated the personal touches like a welcome note and a list of nearby hidden gems (we discovered a great poke spot because of it!). We felt safe, comfortable.

We would highly recommend Cary’s place and will definitely come back! It is spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location. It’s Literally 1 block from one of the best beaches in the world. The house itself is large and comfortable, with dining tables, couches , 3 bathrooms etc. the house is really well stocked - everything to cook, AC units everywhere, and so many beach toys (wagons, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). Cary was also super responsive and helpful even with restaurant and other recommendations. The house could use a few minor maintenance repairs but nothing significant.

Melissa is an amazing host and this place is tucked into a beautiful valley surrounded with mountains you don’t see anywhere outside of Hawaii! Super clean and basically new. Tons of amenities. Extremely clean. Wonderful stay!

AvantStay Oahu was amazing throughout my booking process, leading up to my stay and throughout my stay in the rental home. The private community where the rental home is located is absolutely beautiful, and the security guards were very helpful at the gate leading into the gated community. The home was clean, beautiful and offered the accommodations and space that my family needed!

In one word, AMAZING!!! Everything was exceptional, the only negative thing I can say is that now I have to buy a new bed at home because the bed at this place was incredible. The home was exactly as advertised, the views of the ocean were sensational. There were even extras for the beach such as coolers, snorkels, umbrellas, boogie boards and much more. Friendly and responsive hosts were there for us, even before we needed them. As long as you know where you are staying and are prepared for the drive, this place is a premium slice of heaven in heaven. Thank you for being part of our adventure.

Amazing place to stay! Only hiccup was the code to the gate/door being incorrect in the message that was sent to me, but after figuring out the correct code, it was a perfect stay!

Nicole’s condo was in the perfect location! Close to the Ritz Carleton Resort at Turtle Bay Beach. Beautiful area. Awesome restaurants in the area! We loved Beach House and LeiLei’s restaurants. The food was outstanding at both. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy!! A little noise from upstairs tenants during the day but perfectly quiet at night. Beach chairs, floaty, umbrella & beach towels were provided. Turtle Bay Beach has public access & the Large Beach Umbrellas & lounge chairs are available to rent from Ritz Carlton. They have a service hut near the public entrance. Nicole was so communicative in detailing the house rules and how to get into her place. We had a great time!!

We loved our stay in Punaluu. To be able to walk out the back slider and out to the beach was incredible! We often walked on the beach in our pajamas to go see the turtles (between 9pm and 5 or 6am on the northern section). The beach on the property was calm for a quick swim, and it was easy to drive to other spots for more fish or more waves! There were plenty of kitchen supplies and we loved having a washer and dryer. There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards which were fun especially at Hukilau beach. There were 2 sets of snorkels which were awesome at Sharks Cove as well. It was easy to do things in Laie or explore other places. We loved this location and felt like it was the perfect spot on Oahu to have vacation but not just feel like a tourist. The location is a little dated, but it was cute inside and had all we needed! To have an accessible beach out your backyard is a dream! Don't miss the turtles, either!! They were so fun to watch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanine’s place. We were visiting for our daughter’s wedding, and the apartment was perfect in terms of amenities and location. The fact that it was so close to Turtle Bay resort was also helpful as much of the wedding party was there.

A peaceful, beautiful, secure, and remote location not in a high-traffic tourist area. This location requires a rental car to explore any island locations of interest for your trip. The pools and landscaping are well-maintained. Tennis courts are located right on site. The A/C works great, and the king-size bed is comfortable. We noted that the porch and entry lights needed replacement, and even with instructions, we couldn't figure out how to work the TV remote. Some remaining food was left in the cupboards and refrigerator upon our arrival, and the garbage disposal worked off and on. Upkeep and deep cleaning would be beneficial. There were provided beach towels, coolers, and other beach amenities, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The chosen hair dryer works very well. There is a convenient washer/dryer unit in this condo. We knew that we could reach out for anything we needed. Overall, we would gladly stay there again.

Gar’s Turtle Bay Airbnb truly encompasses the meaning of Aloha! Gar, the kindest host ever, personally greeted us—a first for any Airbnb! His warm smile and lively tour of the condo and nearby amenities instantly made us feel at home. He even shared a secret sunset spot that was just magical! 🥹 Fully stocked with snorkels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys, it was a beachgoer’s dream. Family friendly, safe, on-site security, assigned parking, and guest parking added ease. The balcony overlooks the pool! The beds were extremely comfortable after a long day of exploring the island. The kitchen was full of all the supplies we needed for a stay in breakfast or dinner. There were plenty of towels, AC, and check out was seamless. I have so much more I could say! Gar’s heartfelt texts and local tips made our trip unforgettable. Staying here unlocked Turtle Bay’s private beaches and resort perks (except pools). Gar’s genuine care made this Hawaiian escape very special. Mah

What a perfect and quaint place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Condo was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The lanai had the perfect view for sunrises and sunsets. Literally steps away from the beach which was lovely. Host made everything clear during check in and check out, I didn’t even need to contact them for anything! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at the Hawaiian Princess on our honeymoon, and I can only describe it in five words: Quiet, comfortable, clean, safe, and relaxing! We would stay here again on a future vacation and highly recommend it.

Sandra’s condo was in a nice private location just down the road from the Ritz beach which was nice. The condo is well maintained and very clean. Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Minutes to the Kahuku Sugar Mill withs lots of food trucks, etc. A short drive to all the amazing beaches. Very responsive host. Would recommend her condo for sure.

Emmanuel is an attentive and gracious host. His condo is on a gorgeous and secluded beach area. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the ocean in the morning and evening. We also loved the quiet atmosphere of the condo community, with very friendly neighbors. This condo makes the perfect base for exploring North Shore area beaches and food markets, while coming home to peaceful spot.

We had a lovely time at this property. It was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed for our week at Turtle Bay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio for our morning coffee. When we discovered that we were in need of trash bags, I messaged the host and I had a new supply in my hand within 15 minutes. We walked up to the Ritz to watch the surfers and the sunset a few times, it's just beautiful! And Lei Lei's restaurant had great food and service. All in all, a great property and host that we would highly recommend. Aloha!

Nicely redone condo right on the beach with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Far from the hustle of Honolulu.

By far, our favorite Airbnb ever! We were so lucky to have found it and sad to have to leave it. It is absolutely wonderful. The location on the north shore of Oahu is perfect - close to many beautiful beaches and the Turtle Bay resort. We took advantage of the walking trails nearby and along the coast. Spectacular views! The space comfortably accommodated 6. No AC except in the master bedroom, but we never missed it - we had a cool ocean breeze and slept wonderfully - the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and the coffee was much appreciated. So many thoughtful touches made this rental feel cozy and like home. The host thought of every little thing you might need when traveling and was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, don’t miss this one!!

We had the opportunity to actually MEET Theresa, and her pet dog Eha. She took us on a walking tour through the Turtle Bay complex of the Ritz/Carlton, and then went back to the condo and just visited for about an hour. She's originally from Colorado, but moved to Hawaii a number of years ago and made it her home. The condo is located on the #18 green of the Turtle Bay Fazio course, which is supposed to be opened in August 2025. It's a beautiful location. Theresa has all of the goodies that you'd need for a great North Shore trip - umbrella, chairs, snorkeling equipment, even pickleball gear. It was a great trip, and I hope we get the opportunity to do this again sometime.

We stayed for the weekend and found the place nice and tidy. Location was perfect for the event we came to turtle bay for. There were 5 adults present for our stay. Our only issue was the heat in the loft — even as locals used to the climate, it was uncomfortably warm. That said, the space was clean and worked well for a short stay. I personally stayed in the loft and I’m not sure if I would open to sleeping up there again. However, if I was sleeping anywhere else in the condo I would gladly stay here again.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and the views were incredible would definitely stay again!
