Your Accommodation: With its comfortable furnishings and river views, Canal Cottage A invites you to kick back and relax in true Hawaiian style. This vacation rental features bamboo accents, sustainable wood floors, vaulted ceilings, a tiled shower, and a café set. A ceiling fan and strong cross-breeze will keep you cool throughout your stay. Canal cottage A is popular for weekly stays. It is a studio unit with a fully equipped kitchenette. The amenities includes a convection hot plate, microwave, mini refrigerator, rice cooker, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. You’ll also have access to the gas grill in the garden. The beach is only a block away, and several of Kapaa’s markets are less than a five-minute drive. As mentioned above TAXES: As a legal vacation rental, we are obligated to collect 14.416% in taxes (General Excise Tax of 4.16% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 10.25%). These taxes will be collected via AirBnB's resolution tool. 100% of these taxes are remitted to the State of Hawaii.
