The area is very peaceful & . My criteria in being comfortable in someone else place is a clean bedding, no bugs all over the house & no funky smells. Darin’s place was all that. I’m happy with our stay, the groceries & restaurant were easy to find.

We had a great 8-day stay at Jonathan's house. The location is amazing for North Shore activities - a quick drive to Hanalei and close to several amazing beaches including Sea Lodge and Hideaway. The pool area is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, the space clean, and the air conditioning is a perfect touch for comfort. The car was appreciated and well-maintained, with garage parking. Definitely a bonus there. Not all items on the listing were available, but Johnathan did his very best to make our stay comfortable. (He left fresh Macadamia nuts from his farm!) When we reached out, he was quick to respond by text. We absolutely would stay here and be hosted by Jonathan again when (not if) we come back to Kauai!

Our stay at Tamara’s place in Princeville was fantastic! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, with easy access to beaches, shops, and scenic spots on the North Shore. Tamara was a great host — very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

A dream! Our family had a marvelous time here. You cannot beat the location and view. Easy to get down to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing as it’s never very busy in the bay. We spent a ton of time just sitting out in the gazebo looking over the bay. The beach gear provided also came in extremely handy. Kauai in general is just a beautiful island that we immensely enjoyed. We loved being out of the main towns just enough to feel privacy but close enough to get there in no time. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location. What a gem in Kauai! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jenna’s home and would not hesitate to stay there again. I love that It was on the northside and close to Hanalei. Super cute place that you can go to for dinner every night and it’s away from the major crowds in the south. The house is fully stocked with extras so therefore no need to have to run to a grocery store for every little thing like sandwich bags, which I discovered after making a sandwich and trying to figure out what to put it in. My daughter loved looking at the stars at night from the backyard, which is just gorgeous, surrounded by mountains in the distance! Thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Perfect little spot for a quick getaway. Quiet neighborhood and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very useful!

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. There was a power outage the moment we got there so things were a little confusing. Cleaning people arrived shortly after we communicated with Annie and we found out the whole area was without power. We went to Foodland, only 5 minutes away, to see if we could pick up any groceries there and then power came back on. So we were able to grab some snacks and dinner. Then get officially checked in. Annie was very responsive and let us know what was going on a best as she could. We were very comfortable there. Slept well. Listening to the rain showers or birds chirping. Highly recommend.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our stay at the cottage was great. Very close to the beach and really appreciated the beach equipment provided. We loved relaxing and enjoying the slower speeds and stunning scenery. The quick ride into town wasn't bad for dinners. Greatly appreciated the AC in the bedrooms. Highly recommend this location.

It’s easy to see why Cash is a Super host! His Princeville home is a fabulous place to visit. From the moment we walked in the door, we couldn’t believe our eyes! His view of the Pacific is awe inspiring! Much of our time was spent on the veranda. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner alfresco! His kitchen is fully stocked with items to easily prepare meals. The ac bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were great! It was as if he has 2 master bedrooms. Great for couples or families! Having beach equipment was very convenient. We even used his provided cooler for picnic lunches on the beach like Cash suggested. Truth be told on check-out day, we didn’t want to leave! Heaven on Earth!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

Nice spot for a family of 5 on an island adventure. the seacoast is a short walk and along the coast there is a hiking (or trail running) trails that can go 5+ miles. we never used the beach in front of the nearby hotel as it is rough, but walked to and snorkel at Poipu. the house has games, and a private backyard.
