Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, with hourly connections straight to the island. Cyclists can head out directly on the Usedom Loop or the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Willkommen in unserer charmanten Souterrain-Wohnung im historischen Gutshaus mit dazugehörigem Park nahe der Insel Usedom. Das gemütliche Apartment bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie den Blick in den Obstgarten, während Sie in der sonnigen Südseite des Hauses entspannen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche, einem großzügigen Bad und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem ausklappbaren Schlafsessel.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Come visit us in our Finnhütte (65 sqm). You will live about 10 minutes /9 km from Wolgast. Take advantage of the large playground next door, the Usedom Bäderbahn to the beaches of Usedom, without traffic jams and long waiting times. Take extensive cycling or hiking tours, kayak tours on the Peene or the Achterwasser. A spacious vacation home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) awaits you.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.
