Katouni Bridge Villa

Kythira is a paradise. The island where the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, spawned from the shores of Paliopoli and where Paris and Helen escaped from Sparta and were married. Katouni is a smaller village of Livadi, connected to it by the famous Katouni Bridge - built by the British during occupation, as the general fell in love with a girl on the other side. Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Villa Allegra

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.

Haven Vault Apartment

Located in Chora, the main vilage of the island, this apartment is a few meters away from the most scenic restaurants and bars of the island, yet, at the same time secluded from the noise of the night life. The bedroom is set in a traditional cave style (no window), while kitchen and living room have plenty of natural light and (two large windows and a glass door) are overlooking the sea and an inhabited hill.

The total surface of Casa Cisterna is 100 m2 and it consists of 3 bedrooms, a modern living room and kitchen area , 2 bathroom areas and a spacious veranda with magnificent view.

Ideally located in the capital of Kythira and in the heart of the island's nightlife, this 1-bedroom apartment features a living room with 2 sofa beds and a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islet of Hytra. The fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator will allow you to cook delicious meals for yourself, your family or your friends. The master bedroom is spacious and has a large wardrobe.
