There are beautiful walks and breath-taking lookouts at your doorstep. The house is bathed in sunlight with a beautiful north-facing garden. It has a chefs kitchen, huge fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, spa bath and multiple living areas. Only minutes to the main shops, it also neighbours Lilianfels and Echoes Hotel for extra pampering or a cocktail.

Waratah Cottage is a tranquil, spacious and beautiful home set on a large landscaped lock in Katoomba, close to lookouts and scenic attractions. The recently renovated house contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is also an alcove with a queen sofa bed. Waratah Cottage has a range of eco-features such as double-glazed windows and doors and solar panels with battery storage. Electric heaters are in every room and electric blankets too.

Our free range hens roam but so long as you keep your gate closed they won't disturb you. We have koi & goldfish in a pond just outside your area, feel free to venture out there. We live upstairs but you have your own entrance. The unit is warm in winter & cool in summer. Waterfalls 5 mins away, sights/attractions 15 min drive.
