Tο διαμέρισμα Spiros House βρίσκεται ανατολικά του νησιού σε ένα μικρό και όμορφο ορεινό χωριό, το Κατωχώρι. Το σπίτι είναι 65 τ.μ με ένα δωμάτιο, μεγάλο σαλόνι- κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 5 άτομα, έτσι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες αλλά και ζευγάρια.
