I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! My apartment is in a quiet alley in the old town of Nafpaktos, merely some yards from the old Port of Nafpaktos, the Mpotsaris Tower, and Psani Beach. From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.

Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
