Beachfront vacation rentals in Kato Paphos

I had a very nice short-term retreat at the property. The area is quiet and tranquile with nice garden and a pool area with great views of the Coral Bay area. The property is very clean and looked after. The owner was helpful and arranged an easy check-in despite same day booking, and the same goes for the check-out too. Overall a fantastic holiday property that I will gladly come back to in the future.

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Die Villa war supper schön groß wir waren zu viert und hatte sehr viel platz und konnten uns gut ausbreiten.Die Dachterasse war das Highlight mit sehr schönem blick aufs Meer. Schöner sauberer pool in den wir gerne reingesprungen sind,schöne grosse und saubere zimmer,oben gabs zwei zimmer mit jeweils einem eigenem Bad und unten war noch ein zimmer also genügend platz. Die Lage war supper nur die Straße runterlaufen und es gab viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten leider den Besitzer nicht persönlich kennenlernen jedoch war die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und alle fragen wurden auch schnell beantwortet. Alles in einem wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

We have stayed at the villa twice now and had a great time. The hosts are responsive to any issues, but not intrusive at all. The location is great in a nice development with Legends restaurant and shops closeby for evryday essentials and handy for the 615 bus if you want to get to Coral bay or Paphos without driving.

Katherine’s villa is the perfect place for a relaxing break. It’s located a very easy walk from an amazing beach and has everything you need for a great stay. The villa is exactly how it is presented on the site. I would book again without a second’s hesitation!

L’appartamento di Elena è’ perfetto per una coppia ! La vista e’ stupenda e la sera si sentono le onde del mare dalla camera da letto ! Coral Bay molto vicina a piedi e anche Coralia Beach un po’ più distante ma sempre raggiungibile a piedi . Elena è’ una persona super gentile r disponibile nei consigli, negli aiuti ecc. ecc. L’appartamento molto pulito, bel terrazzo per aperitivi o cene !

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Hermoso alojamiento al lado de la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario y es aún mejor que en las fotos. Dmitrii muy atento a lo que necesitara. Si vuelvo a Paphos, sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí

This was a truly outstanding Airbnb experience. Excellent instructions for entry; really well stocked including kitchen items and spare toilet rolls rarely found; better than description (there is a downstairs cloakroom); really responsive and friendly host . Even allowed us a lat check out. This is the standard by which I will judge future bookings! Thank you Aoyang

Apartmán bol čistý a veľmi pekný. Veľký balkón s krásnym výhľadom na more. Kuchyňa je slabo vybavená, neboli tam ani žiadne koreniny ako uvádza hostiteľ v popise. Mohli tam byť aj redukcie na zásuvky,nakoľko bol problém nabiť telefón a pod. Celkovo má apartmán skvelú polohu,veľmi blízko pláže, krásnej promenády. hostitel bol velmi prijemny a reagoval okamzite,ak sme nieco potrebovali. urcite sa este vrátime :)

Miejsce idealne dla rodziny z dziećmi lub grupy znajomych. My podróżowaliśmy w dwie rodziny, dom jest na tyle duży i ma korzystny rozkład pokoi, że każdy miał swoje miejsce. Widać że dom mimo że ma swoje lata, jest zadbany, wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebujesz podczas wakacji (duży plus za zabawki na plażę i pistolety wodne :D). Przestrzeń wspólna czyli salon, kuchnia, taras - duże i wygodne, urządzone w ciekawym stylu ;) Okolica jest bardzo spokojna, dobrze skomunikowana, blisko do przystanku z lotniska, do promenady i plaży 5 min na pieszo. Jedyna rzecz która nas zdziwiła, to brak ciepłej wody w godzinach porannych - okazało się że jest możliwe podgrzewanie elektryczne, ale gospodarz poinformował nas o tym dopiero kolejnego dnia. Ale ogólnie podobało nam się na tyle, że będąc kiedyś w Pafos na pewno wybralibyśmy to miejsce ponownie :)

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

Max, This was a wonderful weekend at your property. The amenities were minimalist, but thoughtful! The bed was great and the location rivaled anywhere I have been. I will absolutely be returning… you have a wonderful property and your hospitality is unmatched. Thanks for a weekend that allowed me to rest, recover, and make memories!

Okay. If you want to be in the centre of the action within a few steps of bars, restaurants or shops nothing comes better than this! Don’t worry the noise outside doesn’t carry into this studio apartment. It’s in a bustling area but the sounding proofing inside is more than adequate Presentation was 5/5. Lovely layout. Exactly as the images portray. Massive tv. Lovely bathroom. Super little kitchen. For me it was tight. For two it’s a squeeze. It’s a studio. It’s small. So if you are looking for space as a priority this isn’t it. Watch the world pass by as you sit sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Thats what this is about! I thought I was treated superbly by the team looking after the property. Couldn’t fault them for helping with anything I required. Simply super Italian restaurant literally 5m away. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Go! So there you go. That’s my vibe on this. Oh and parking was superb so don’t worry if you have a car. There is lots of space in the rear.
