The house was completed in 1969 with unrestricted view to the sea, the Platamonas castle & Mountain Olympus. The Villa offers 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and can accomodate 8 - 10 guests. The ground level consists of a spacious, luminous living room with fireplace, dining table with monastic decoration, and a large kitchen. The Villa is surrounded by a large veranda offering to all rooms on the ground an easy access to the gardens with tall pines, cypresses and all kinds of forest trees & flowers.

The renovated villa Dionisos is a property of 1946 for private vacation that provides an amazing sea, sunrise & mountain view. It's located in the foothills of the Mt Olympos, 7' drive away from the beach, at the village of Skotina, an area that provides many options for excursions to nearby sites & hiking on Mt Olympus. It's the perfect choice for slow living vacation, family vacation, nature trips, stargazing & the perfect place from where you can watch the sun rising over the sea.

Joy's Beautiful House

Our house is less than ten min walking from the sandy beach, in a quiet full of trees neighborhood, between Platamon (a seaside calmy village which turns to a lively tourist resort during summer time) and Nei Pori (full of life, with a 5 km organized beach, ideal for small children and families). This brand new apartment, on the elevated ground floor of our house, with the big flowered garden, is a lovely place to relax after a full day at the beach or the local sightseening.

Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

Stone cottage by the coast of Olympus

A large studio that benefits from high ceilings, fireplace, a full- fitted kitchen, and WC with shower. It has a double bed and 2 build-in sofas that turn into beds. The cottage is at the back of a larger house but has its own private garden. Ενιαίος χώρος με μεγάλη κουζίνα, μπάνιο, διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέδες που γίνονται κρεβάτια.
