Amazing value for money! We truly enjoyed our stay – the place was peaceful, with a lovely breeze and a fun, relaxing pool. Communication with Teo was excellent. he was responsive, helpful, and usually got back to us within less than an hour. This place is perfect for individualists who enjoy their privacy and enjoy the rough beauty of the nature at this calm part of Crete. However there will be nothing missing, since there are enough taverns in walking distance with premium quality. Just stick to Ami’s descriptions - you won’t be disappointed. I would recommend to bring shoes for the water since sandy beaches are not available directly at the house. However within 20 minutes drive you come for example to potato’s beach, which was one of our favorites, with a lot of sand. All in all we had a perfect holiday with two adults and four children. Thanks Ami, your place has special vibes and gets two thumbs up!

We felt very good in this environment, beautiful and very peaceful and very quiet. Really great and that's really what we were looking for. On site there is a restaurant, with of course, Cretan specialties, there is a beautiful pool, and plenty of walking. The sea is 20 km away. It takes some time to get there because the road has a lot of turns, but we cross beautiful landscapes with olive fields as far as the eye can see The accommodation is very refined and the decoration is beautiful. In short, we spent five really, really, really nice days.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

Beautiful house and garden, incredible location, amazing views. We stayed 2 adults and two children (7 and 9), sleeping on the main bed upstairs + the convertible sofa downstairs. It's not a big house, but if you, like us, appreciate some compact living, I can totally recommend this place also for a family with children. A truly unique experience!

We spent 16 nights at Sotir Ali and enjoyed every minute. The long walks through the olive groves, the views and perfect weather made for a memorable visit…we recommend highly!! The local taverna and restaurants in nearby Mochlos were excellent and friendly.

What a wonderful first holiday with our 14-month-old daughter! Our stay in the luxury villa really exceeded all our expectations – in reality it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Georgia, the host, was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Everything was arranged to the last detail: baby bed, buggy, dresser and even a car seat were already ready. When we indicated that the sockets were exactly at the eye level of our little ones, this feedback was surprisingly followed up the next day and the sockets were made childproof. Although there had been a big sandstorm just before our arrival, there was no sign of it. Everything was spotless and hygienic. Thanks to the great service, warm welcome and beautiful accommodation, we felt right at home. It was our first time in Crete, but certainly not the last – we highly recommend this place!
