Newly renovated village house

This house is located in the colorful and picturesque mountain village of Doukades. It is almost 150 years old, but due to a recent renovation it has all modern comfort, light and space. Nearby you will find the lively village square, several restaurants and idyllic hiking trails. A little further are the most beautiful beaches. The house is ideal for families, remote workers, couples or close friends who enjoy nature and want to explore Corfu in an authentic way, away from mass tourism.

THE STONE HOUSE-KELLARI

The “stone cellar” is consisted of an appartment for four and two studios. It is situated on the hill of Kato Korakiana village called “Cavaliera”.This neighborhood is opposite Castello (villa Mimbeli) and it used to be the place where the secretaries of the villa used to live. On the left of it appears the mountain Pandokrator and it front of it there is an olive grove with trees planted before centuries . The blue bays of Dassia and Ipsos beach are in view of its garden.

The Blue Horizon is a cozy house located on the southeast part of Corfu island in a small traditional- fishing village named “Boukaris”. Has a cozy covered personal veranda that faces directly the sea and literally uncovers the blue horizon ahead. Nestling in a quiet back street in the old part of Pelekas, this traditional village house dates back to the 19th century. It has been lovingly restored and offers unique accommodation at a very affordable price. Pelekas itself is located on Corfu's west coast, close to two of the island's best beaches - Kontogialos (Pelekas Beach) and Glyfada. Just a minute or so away from Avgi's House you'll find mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.
