Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Our two-floor stone house, offers a unique sea view, surrounded by olive trees is here to welcome you. Located right after the fishing village of St-Nicholas, an ideal relaxing spot away from noise. Next to top destinations such as Kardamyli, Stupa, Diros caves, Gythio, Monemvasia and even Mystras for those who like driving among the beautiful mountains of Tayghetos mountain. "Common dream" house by the beach

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set.
