Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-6 people, i.e. one or two couples, families of up to six members or a company of 2-6 friends.
