Vacation rentals in Kato Episkopi

Well where to start!? First of all some context - we have been lucky enough to have holidayed in some amazing properties over the last twelve years or so, all across Europe: France; Portugal; Italy; Spain. But this experience has outshone them all. This property is utterly breathtaking: well appointed, tasteful, clean, the facilities and amenities were far beyond our expectations: Acres and acres of private outside space, like a garden of Eden - lovingly maintained, with a multitude of very special, unique, and varied spaces to suit any mood. An extensive outdoor kitchen, take your pick from barbecue, wood stove, and pizza oven… Inside we found perfectly furnished, super fast WiFi, two modern big screen TV’s with all bells and whistles, super cool remote control air conditioning in every room, 3 x WC’s 2 x bathrooms, washing machine/utility areas, 2 wonderful bedrooms, and the swimming pool is by far the best that we have ever experienced. An honour and a privilege to stay here.

The suites are very modern and luxurious, located right in the center of the city with a great view of the sea and all the nice restaurants 1 minute walk away. No doubt, I can easily recommend this place to everyone!

Iosif ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Nicht nur zur Begrüßung, auch zwischendurch gab es immer wieder frisches Obst und Köstlichkeiten der Region. Iosif hat uns auch zu Events und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung informiert und beraten. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf die Bucht sehr genossen. Ein schöner Ort zur Erholung und zum Erkunden der Umgebung.

Sitia as est une base parfaite pour découvrir l’Est de la Crète. Elle a l’avantage d’être beaucoup moins fréquentée que d’autres villes comme Agios. En 1 heure on rallie la côte Sud ainsi qu’Agios. Le logement proposé par Polydoros a également l’avantage de ne pas être dans la ville de Sitia mais à l’écart en hauteur , ce qui évite les nuisances de la ville tout en ayant une vue exceptionnelle sur les alentours. L’appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos et aux descriptions. Le jacuzzi était en route lors de notre passage en avril ce qui était bien agréable. Polydoros et sa maman sont des hôtes, comme on aimerait en voir plus dans les locations Airbnb. Ils aiment échanger avec leurs visiteurs et ne se contentent pas d’une simple remise de clés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez eux et avons largement exploité tous les conseils que Polydoros a pu nous donner sur des lieux à visiter, des plages un peu moins connues ou de bonnes adresses de taverne. Un séjour inoubliable.

huge house with beautiful terrace and amazing view in a tiny village. absolute privacy, very calm, you can completely relax. the way to Sitia is about 15 min by car, there you find a lot of shops and restaurants. everything was great, only the double beds are a little bit short for people with a body size over 1,8m. overall highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Logement conforme à la description. Appartement très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, cependant les hôtes allaient faire le nécessaire pour la réparer prochainement. Centre ville accessible à pied. Vue magnifique sur la mer, balcon très agréable. Très calme la nuit, literie de qualité.

Uns hat es bei George sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie beschrieben. George hat immer super schnell geantwortet und als die Klimaanlage einen Defekt hatte, wurde sie noch am gleichen Tag repariert. Ich habe die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Olivenbäume geliebt. Aber auch der Blick auf Sitia vom Balkon war sehr schön. Überall Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, so dass man auch gut durchlüften konnte. Einzig das Gebell der Hunde in der Gegend hat nachts gestört. Mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen ging leider nicht. Das war aber auch das Einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe und dafür kann George ja nichts. Typisch für die griechische Gastfreundschaft war auch ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Obst, Wasser und Wein. Und auch Kaffee für morgens war vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen ist hier Pflicht, dafür gibt es aber auch einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wir würden wiederkommen:-)

Daniel je fantastický hostitel, je radost poznat takové lidi. Dům je nádherný s krásnou atmosférou a Lithines úžasné místo. Kolem spousta možností výletů a jen 10 min.autem k moři. Pobyt byl prostě skvělý!
