Monthly Rentals in Kato Agios Petros

we had a great time at George's place. the apartment is as described and shown in the photos. it is located in a quiet area and peace reigns supreme. the outdoor space overlooking the sea is really nice! George was a very helpful and discreet host.

The villa is very comfortable, well maintained and stocked, stylishly decorated and very clean. Its positioning and view above the sea makes it a stunning location and idyllic for a relaxing, and peaceful holiday. The pool is a good size and beautiful, with lots of seats and loungers, and shade if wanted. Although it’s shared, we had it to ourselves most days. The nearest beaches are lovely and there are local restaurants, a mini supermarket and good bakery too. You do need a car, both for the steep incline to the villa and to access the many lovely beaches around the island. Andros is a beautiful choice of Greek island for those wanting peace and tranquility. The wind kept the heat feeling manageable. Lia and her husband were both very welcoming and friendly and made an extra effort for us to check in a bit early which was helpful. They were on hand with advice whenever needed.thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful location and stunning views from the property. Our hosts Petros and Katerina were excellent. They met us at the ferry, took our bags in their car and waited until we collected our hire car and took us to the property. Always responded quickly to questions. Had a lovely welcome pack and provided us with plenty of fresh eggs. Bed linen and towels changed after five days of our 10 day stay. Had a tour of the property on arrival. Parking was fine. You do need a car on Andros. We did various walks across the hills/ smallish mountains and countryside. People may have some difficulty with access as, like Andros itself, it is in an elevated position with steps. Typically Greek villa - we loved it. Fantastic hosts. Gavrio port is only 5 minutes drive and has a choice of restaurants. Batsi about 20 minutes by car. Chora the capital is worth a visit 40 minutes by car. And there is a local beach within walking distance down hill. Loved it.

This was a perfect location and beautiful apartment. Short walk to amazing beaches and amenities. Our host was also exceptional. Overall great experience. We’ll be back.
